California history textbooks will now be asked to cover "the significance of President Barack Obama's election," under a law signed this week by Gov. Jerry Brown. requires California's Instructional Quality Commission "to consider including, and recommending for adoption by the state board, instruction on the election of President Barack Obama and the significance of the United States electing its first African American President, as appropriate." The author, Democratic Assemblyman Chris Holden, said in a statement: "We want to make sure that future generations understand that the election of our nation's first African American president was a historic step in the effort towards equality and that previous elections involved intimidation and violence that prevented millions of African Americans from voting."

No wonder California is such a mess. It’s so heavily propagandized. Most people cannot resist the relentless propaganda and simply accept it, believe it, and parrot it. The once-Golden state is undergoing Detroitization, and its hapless inhabitants have no idea what’s going on. When they find themselves submerged in a west coast Detroit, they still won’t know what happened. They’ll just continue to believe what they’re told, no matter how absurd. Propaganda is a powerful thing.
Were this so-called ‘historic’ event truly worth celebrating, it would be done so freely by all. Instead, it is mandated by a member of the celebrant’s political party. Just like Stalin and his stooges...
I can read it now...
“along with the election of marvelous 0bama, an ugly side of racist America emerged. Funded by the Koch brothers, a racist TEA Party was formed by astroturfing.”
An elect Barack Obama has no conscience.
Significance Of Obama’s Election = December 7th
For your list perhaps?
Obamunism. Orwell warned us about it.
No wonder the Democrats in California wanted to repeal the law against Communist and seditious teaching in California schools.
Thirty years late, but California has now achieved "1984." Reality is something that is to be determined by Government.

While it’s not my place to say with certainty, I have my doubts that Barack Obama is elect...
The significance of the Obama election is that it marks the demise of the USA.
I meant politically, of course. Theologically? I don’t really want to look into that guy’s soul, even if I could. What has been seen can never be unseen.
The most significant issue in his election is the demographic nightmare it heralds.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Ahh yes, the year The United States got its comeuppance!
History will judge Obama in terms of National and Domestic Security, economics, loss of individual rights, denial of health care benefits based on expected outcome, increased death rates because of slow and substandard care, destruction of the middle class and an infinite hap between the haves & have nots. There is so much more.
About as significant and fat women in pink spandex pants riding a bicycle.
Post of the day!
Cause you;re aiming on raising kids up so stupid they couldn’t figure things out unless they’re told.
The logical result of single-party rule. California is a fiscal disaster, jobs are fleeing, immigrants are swarming, there's no water and this is the kind of nonsense that the overwhelming majority Democrat state government feels a pressing need to spend their time on.
Detroit, here we come!
