Only the courts can judge Michael Browns killer but this is the system that let George Zimmerman walk free.
Just outside a mall in Ferguson, Missouri, shortly after 10 oclock on Wednesday, a black man in his 30s was stopped and frisked by around eight white policemen. As he gingerly emptied his pockets, careful not to move too quickly, he yelled at them. It was a soliloquy of pure rage; a fluent, apparently unstoppable oration against not just the men who had apprehended him but the system they represented.
Yes Im angry, he shouted. Four hundred years we been here. We built this place for free and yall still hate us. A man filming the incident was told to move on but did not budge. When the police let the pedestrian go (whatever they were looking for he didnt have), the man recording went too. Ive done my job, he said.
All books about all revolutions begin with a chapter that describes the decay of tottering authority or the misery and sufferings of people, wrote Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuscinski in Shah of Shahs. They should begin with a psychological chapter, one that shows how a harassed, terrified man breaks his terror and stops being afraid. This unusual process demands illuminating. Man gets rid of fear and feels free.
For the past fortnight, the black population of this St Louis suburb has been shedding its fear. Since Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was shot six times while raising his hands in a surrender position, they have asserted their humanity in ways big and small, beautiful and ugly. Every night they marched up the main drag in the black part of town, past militarised encampments of heavily armed police, chanting: Hey, hey, ho, ho, killer cops have got to go.(continued)

St Trayvon of skittles was given justice in a court of law.
Mike Brown will get his day in court when officer Wilson is allowed to defend himself.
All these loudmouthed negros need to shut up and go home. This is none of their business.
Palins Church Severely Damaged by Arson
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/12/13/AR2008121302503.html:
“The 1,000-member evangelical church was the subject of intense scrutiny after Palin was named Sen. John McCain’s running mate. Early in Palin’s campaign, the church was criticized for promoting in a Sunday bulletin a Love Won Out conference in Anchorage sponsored by Focus on the Family. The conference promised to “help men and women dissatisfied with living homosexually understand that same-sex attractions can be overcome.”
Contrast:
“Sen. Barack Obama’s pastor says blacks should not sing ‘God Bless America’ but ‘God damn America.’
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago’s south side, has a long history of what even Obama’s campaign aides concede is “inflammatory rhetoric,” including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own ‘terrorism.’

No one has yet attempted arson on Wright’s Church. The problem is that the left are afraid of Palin and of her religion. The right barely knows what is happening and so have no fear......yet.
And stuck on S T U P I D! ! ! ! ! !
Wait a minute! I totally oppose police, regardless of whether they are white or black, who conduct illegal searches. Unless they had probable cause that that black man was committing a crime, they had absolutely no moral or legal (per the US Constitution) right to search him.
That said, that man’s forebears did not build this country for “free,” and even if they did, what in the world does that have to do with the here and now? No one owes black people anything for what may or may not have happened generations ago (400 years is stretching it I think). This man sounds like someone who is steeped in grievance history. No one deserves anything more or less than equal treatment under the law—no special privileges or penalties regardless of race, sex, or religion.
Many non-Black Americans (if they haven't already) are starting to get the feeling that there will never be some kind of agreement between the two groups. My own feelings about things, after being a pro-civil rights, liberal teenager in the sixties, is extremely pessimistic.
There is a common saying among black Americans that “America was built on the backs of blacks.” Never mind that before the twentieth century there was only a tiny pct. of blacks who lived north of the Mason-Dixon line where the great majority of the building of America took place, many blacks are convinced they did all the work. For free.
” They should begin with a psychological chapter, one that shows how a harassed, terrified man breaks his terror and stops being afraid. This unusual process demands illuminating. Man gets rid of fear and feels free.
The Jolly Teen Giant shed his fear of tiny store clerks and tossed one around during his robbery. That caused him to lose his fear of cops as he attacked Wilson and attempted to treat him like the clerk. That didn’t turn out so well.
Sometimes rational fear can be key to your survival.
The move from indentured servants to slavery was set down in a court case in 1640/1641.
So slavery of blacks was from 1641 to 1865. Less than 225 years. And slavery ended 150 years ago.
It is interesting that blacks are demanding lynch mob “justice.”
“That BS right there! Everyone knows they got free room and board.”
And they had full employment! Ya just can’t please em.
“They already have a death grip on the courts, the media, schools, and get away with threats on a regular basis.”
Blacks in Ferguson are defining justice as a conviction of Darren Wilson. In order to ensure this blacks are demanding a black prosecutor, black judge, black jury. If this is allowed it will only further divide blacks and whites. Ferguson blacks also want black cops. How far will this notion be expanded? Black teachers only for black students, black accountants, lawyers, doctors, etc, etc, for blacks? Seems as though the objective of black political class is to further polarize the country. Sorta seems like..... Apartheid to me. Can that really be their objective?
If Wilson isn’t guilty, that’s exactly the justice they should be given.

From the article:
“Since Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was shot six times while raising his hands in a surrender position . . .”
The author presents that crucial feature as if it was an established fact; either he doesn’t know or doesn’t care that it’s not - which tells me what the rest of his column is worth.
Trayvon Martin fell apart in a court of law because a court of law allows facts to be established, and allows bogus testimony to be challenged. Not until that happens with Brown should he (or much of anybody else) be telling us where Brown’s hands were.
“Yes Im angry, he shouted. Four hundred years we been here. We built this place for free and yall still hate us.
A one way ticket back could be arranged! He’s been sitting on his ass for the last 50 years collecting welfare.
Guns drawn, they order you to stop, might be a good idea to comply.
“Im a frickin American.”
Amen, brother!
