The facts that seem undisputed, and in these situations that is so rare, are that an unarmed eighteen year old named Michael Brown was walking in a street. An altercation occurred with a police officer. Undisputed is that the officer gave chase to Mr. Brown after the scuffle and shot Mr. Brown, at least once in the back.

I seriously doubt it was the first time Mr. Brown ripped someone off and assaulted them. It was just a matter of time before he ran into something that brute force couldn’t break down.
