Well, during his statement yesterday, President Obama did say ISIS would be brought to justice, so here’s Justice:
Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday announced that the Department of Justice has “an open criminal investigation” into the brutal killing of photojournalist James Foley by Islamic militants.
“Those who would perpetrate such acts need to understand something,” Holder said in Washington.
“This Justice Department, this Department of Defense, this nation – we have long memories and our reach is very wide,” he said. “We will not forget what happened and people will be held accountable, one way or the other.”
Let this send a message to terrorists who brutally murder Americans: The U.S. Justice Dept. will find you, fly you back to America, supply you with a taxpayer-funded attorney, and put you on trial in a Manhattan civilian court.
Rumor has it Holder’s decision to launch an investigation was sealed after he found out ISIS had an anti-Obama float in a Syrian parade.
Here’s how I see the DOJ investigation playing out: Holder will begin by demanding all ISIS correspondence; ISIS will say that’s all been lost due to a hard drive crash; Holder will then shrug and walk away.
Speaking of Obama’s statement yesterday, his declaration that ISIS would be “brought to justice” was quickly followed by a round of golf. The New York Daily News put it this way:

They understand perfectly well. They know anything King Fubo says or does will be strictly for the benefit of the US media and the millions of low information benefit-dependent voters, and when the next crisis or scandal comes along, this one will be forgotten along with all the others.

investigation just like investigation of the Black Panthers at the Philly polling place.
Criminal investigation.
Oh, geez. That is just what WE need. Find the guy, arrest him, deport him TO the US to stand trial.

Eric Holder is a joke. He believes his own crap - what a worthless schmuck.
I'd try to explain it to you,and then he shoots him. Now I am NOT advocating assassination but I do think we cannot educate this regime on the utter stupidity of their approach to evil.

Unfortunately not. While Obama was pulling off his dead-pan outrage before skipping off to the golf course, his pathetic underlings were already reassuring his base. They needed to ensure the liberal elites that Obama wouldn't be going cowboy on this and just start killing terrorists randomly, a la G.W. Bush. No, this would be a "law enforcement action".
So if Benghazi is any guide, about 14 months from now a low level ISIS operative who "may have been connected with the alleged beheading" will be arrested at his home and perp walked, under great fanfare, into a NYC courtroom. And that's the last you'll ever hear of it.

that’s a thought send all those over-equiped unnecessary swat teams in non essential government departments over there.

It'll be the other. Held accountable how and under who's lawful power? Who died and appointed Holder Judge and Jury of the Universe? "John" is having a good laugh at him.
