Joe Scarborough believes Islamic State terrorists will be intimidated by President Obama’s golf game just minutes after his statement on beheaded journalist James Foley, perhaps thinking to themselves, “Wow, that’s one cold bastard.”
The “Morning Joe” host unveiled his alternative explanation to the “horrifying” images of Obama grinning ear-to-ear on the golf course right after a sober statement condemning the execution of an American journalist by Islamic fundamentalists in Iraq.

I suspect Obama’s “detactment” is related more to drug addiction and related pathological narcissim than anything else, and I wish the press would start calling the guy out for it.

What I cannot believe is that Obama is so rarely called for his 2012 campaign that painted terrorism and al Qaeda as defeated. Today, we see how wrong Obama was.

A survey of journalists a while ago showed them to be around 90% dim so those are the odds going in if he fact voted. His folks? Who knows?
Remove the word “cold” and Joe is about right.

President Dwight Eisenhower played golf during major world conflicts BECAUSE he wanted our enemies confused - a military type distraction. I don’t remember when it first came out ... but it was common knowledge in the late ‘50’s - early 60’s.
