Joe Scarborough has developed a novel defense of President Obama's decision to continue golfing while ISIS continues its murderous rampage across the Middle East, including its recent beheading of American James Foley. On today's Morning Joe Scarborough claimed that Obama's golf sends a tough, "screw you" message to the terrorists.
Can anyone watch the photos of President Obama joking around with his buddies on the course and think this reflects anything other than a checked-out Commander-in-Chief? Does Scarborough really think that watching Obama hack his way around the links sends a shiver down the spine of ISIS terrorists as they hack off the heads of innocent Americans?

He also couldn’t leave the course for the burial of General Greene. Just a total POS.
Seriously.
Scarborough: One or two terrorists ... over in Syria thinking ... “Wow, that’s one cold bastard.”
So Obama is actually giving the terrorists the middle finger , showing his contempt for them and telling them to screw off by going golfing .
Love the logic of that. Kind of like the contempt he is showing to the American people with his golfing while the world burns. Just like with ISIS, Obama gives America the middle finger and tells us to screw off.
Meanwhile, ISIS shrugs off Obama’s Golf Offensive and conquers more of Syria and Iraq, beheading, crucifying and burying alive thousands of people .
Hundreds of thousands of people are driven from their homes to die of exposure, to be raped or to be sold as sex slaves.
Sure glad Obama showed ISIS a thing or two about messing with him
Any Republican that supports a little Marxist boy king as our pResident, is nauseating.
Scarborough is an idiot who most likely is “addicted” to Mika.
The real message to ISIS, by going golfing immediately after giving his faux outraged diatribe, was this:
“Don’t fret, buddies—this is all for show. I’m on your side.”
Oooooohhhhh......that will show them, Joe. Maybe he can eat a snocone to really send a message.
Obama has some of the best political handlers ever. They know this doesn’t look good. They are letting this go on for a reason, but it’s not to send a message to ISIS. I think he’s going to resign. I think Benghazi was really bad. Obama and Hillary were up to crooked stuff there. The Republican leadership just wants Obama to go away. Obama is going to come out and say he’s sick or that he’s leaving to teach the country a lesson. The Democrats are just making it clear that he is too good for the job, anyway. The Democrats want him to be Shane.
Have a cup of coffee. NOT decaf.
Joe being on MSNBC sends a “Screw You” message to the family of Lori Klausutis.
Scarborough is a festering piece of crap!
I had one, thank-you. Now, what do you think about Obama and his golfing? The beauty of Free Republic is that it allows for the exploration and discussion of serious issues. Your request for me to drink coffee does not further the discussion. Tell us what YOU think.
He must be a champion of booze because every morning he looks like he has a giant hangover.
There is no wonder why he lost the Sunday gig to Chuck Todd after the most idiotic stuff comes out of his mouth. I think it is a sign of declining mental acuity due to alcoholism.
Considering the stupid stuff that comes out of his mouth, I’m surprised he hasn’t been awarded a Nobel Peace Prize!
He DOES look puffy now that you mention it - a friend of mine and I spend most of our time trying to look for his obvious hair extensions/weave. Sometimes his hair is as high as the Empire State Building.
Also, how does he keep a job when he apparently gets about 351 vacation days? Seriously, he’s off the job more often than Obama.
What I think is that this assclown isn’t going anywhere. It’s a pipe dream to think he’ll resign.
