Didn’t have my morning coffee yet - 6am and who’s really awake. I saw the word in the Urban dictionary and skeptic said no urban dictionary so when I re-searched and disheveled came up I didn’t look close enough. Hence the error. Even Rush says he’s not always one hundred percent. :)
lol. Not a problem:)
That right there is a great idea.

I agree...h/t catfish ;)
I read somewhere that the legislature tried to do that last session but Lib Lover Joe Straus stopped it.
” Why should the voters of Travis County get to elect an official who has the power to prosecute offenses statewide? A frequently proposed solution and one that state Sen. Dan Patrick, R-Houston, put forth unsuccessfully during the last legislative session would be to put state corruption probes under the statewide-elected Attorney General.”
Why indeed.
In case some may not know who their state Reps are....

My first choice is from Texas, but it’s not Perry. Having said that, you are right - I could feel pretty good about backing him - something I never did with Mitt and really really never did with McCain (except the first couple of days Palin hit the scene).
So far: Walker, Cruz and Perry are my three acceptables.
I think the state should abolish Travis County as a political entity
We have three other decent potential candidates, I hope we don't divide our votes when the time comes; we need one of them to step forward to unite the conservative vote, while Jeb/Christie/Romney/Ryan split the rest (I can dream, but first the mid terms).
We’ll have place pressure on Joe Strauss to make it happen.
:-)
The girls on “Outnumbered” thought he was “hot”...
My sister would kill me but I wish I could post a pic of my brother in law who is a doppleganger for Rick Perry. I’m talking same hair and everything. Everytime I look at Rick I see my brother in law. Love the guy. :-)
Indeed. Buuuuump!
Your post said ... but heveled, is a word. :)
At my respectably advanced age, I have
never heard "heveled" uttered by anyone.
Me neither - posted before I had my morning coffee - but it is in the urban dictionary which you said wasn’t valid :)
