As I listened to Geraldo’s premise I tried as hard as I could to find something to disagree with. I could find none. The OJ case was perfect example of just what he said and it has set precedent ever since.

I hate to say it, but Geraldo is right in his assessment. Carefully selected Black jurors will fill the jury and despite a preponderance of evidence, videos and eye witness testimony will dutifully vote to convict the officer. Remember the OJ verdict..same thing. No Black would dare to vote other than to convict. I would hope there would be an overturn in the eventual appeal.

I agree with Rivera on his comments, again. Faulkner was totally wrong and disappointing. She lacks knowledge of the legal system and how it works, including how juries think and can be tampered with by social pressure.

Of course, it’s just a guess, but I’m thinking nobody will be able to charge the cop. If the leaks about injuries to the cop and witnesses backing up his story are true this case would be much weaker than the case against Zimmerman, which, if you looked at it objectively, was weak.
