Big news if true as it seemingly contradicts a key takeaway from Michael Baden’s autopsy, that none of the shots that hit Brown came from the back. As noted in the last post, eyewitness accounts are mixed: Dorian Johnson claims Brown was hit from behind before turning and putting his hands up, an eyewitness who live-tweeted the shooting claims that two shots were fired at his back before Brown turned to face Darren Wilson and was then fired at repeatedly, and a third eyewitness captured on audio claims that Brown initially ran away from Wilson before coming back at him. There’s rough consistency there on Brown’s movements, first fleeing from Wilson and then facing him, but when the shots were fired, which shots hit him, and what Brown was doing when he turned back towards Wilson are uncertain. Now, a new detail: Watch below as one of the lawyers claims that a shot entered the very top of Brown’s head, traveled downward, and exited through his right eye socket. How does that happen to a man who’s 6’4″?
Of course the attorneys for the family are going to lie about the findings even if they have to shoot him themselves.
Oh, please. Lawyers are paid to talk out their azz.

Could be, but that wouldn’t be my first inclination since the rest or the bullets hit him in his front. The only reliable witness at this point is the cop and I haven’t read his full account.

Its irresponsible to publish the family attorney’s statements unchallenged in the current toxic environment.
They will do autopsies until they get one they like or if necessary just seal the results if it turns out against Obama and Holder.
Not necessarily.. The top of the head shot could result from Brown having hunched over forward as he rushed the cop, linebacker style.
None of the three autopsies said he was hit in the back. Then too, one nut lawyer asks how he was shot in the top of his head inferring perhaps he was laying down when shot. not that he had his head down charging the cop.
Possibly, but you have to account for the other shots as well.
Sounds to me like they’re just grasping now.
He was 6’4”. A bullet nicking the top of his head isn’t going to travel downward.

It looks like we’ll need another Warren Commission to sort this one out.

Possibly, but with this crazed animal running at him, the cop was very likely squeezing off in rapid sequence every round he had available.
Do we know for sure that Officer Darren Wilson didn’t open the trunk of his car, pull out an armed drone, fly it over Michael Brown’s head then push the ‘fire’ button? /s
