“Josie,” a friend of Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, called into The Dana Loesch Radio Show today. Josie gave Officer Wilson’s side of the story.
Here’s the transcript:
“He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

Police reports are written up by human beings who are trying to most accurately recollect the time line of events. Are the people writing the police report human clocks? Of course not,and a person could write that they heard or saw something at 11:52, but it was actually a few minutes earlier or later. That’s not a big deal at all to be off by a few minutes. It only matters if it’s way off like by an hour or something, but the police report time line I saw fits fine with the officer’s version of events when factoring in human error of being off by a minute or two.
Forensic evidence. and most likely the recording from the squad vehicle, will matter most of all.
Also, most Chief Of Police are usually spineless political hacks who are rarely seen by the regular patrol officer. Who cares if this COP said Wilson didn’t know about the robbery, then said he did. Most likely the COP hasn’t investigated or been a part of any investigation in years and hasn’t got his facts straight.
Thank you! I’ve seen more than one or two high profile cases where the COP misspeaks to the media about facts of a case before it’s known or confirmed by evidence. COP are political figures, and haven’t worked cases in years.

And I would too. You are also right that many post without reading and without knowing the facts. Some of that happens on most threads.
I also believe that there are more good cops than bad cops.
Does Brown have a record? The way he flagrantly grabbed whatever he wanted and shoved that clerk didn’t look like it was his first time. And of course, CBS showed the officer’s house on TV. The convenience store was broken into and looted last night. Yep, some justice.

Of course the facts and truth will not stop the ObamaMob from rioting, burning, looting, stealing TVs, booze, and raping and murdering. A cop shooting is always a RIGHT to start doing all these things. Cops are the bad guys in these things. To liberals, this is a perfect event to demand more gun control, bigger government, to stop such things in the future, which of course, it will not.
Agree, if you think the thug was acting rationally. Given the thug attacked the office while the officer was in the car. And given the thug most likely did taunt the officer (ha— you gonna shoot me? I’ll kick your a$$” attitude), sounds reasonable to me.
