Darren Wilson was just one of 53 officers in a small-town police department until his encounter with a unarmed 18-year-old last Saturday on a street in Ferguson, Missouri
....
Jackson, before speaking to reporters, told CNN's Don Lemon that the officer was "devastated" by what had happened.
...
The documents said four to six shots were fired.

Autopsy results aren’t in yet. But even Crump knows they won’t be pretty. That’s why he’s calling for a second autopsy already.
Funy how he and the other racers were all hush-hush on Trayvon’s autopsy, huh?
Yes it was. According to the police report.
Among the ashes of the QT was this grafitti...
Snitches get stitches
“Unless this cop was 6-6 and 300 pounds he should never have engaged the kid.”
Moronic statement.
ever heard of ‘Castle Doctrine’?
Black?
Seriously?
What are race baiters to do . . .
Did you see the pictures? The guy weighted almost 300 pounds and was six feet 4 inches tall. They’ve got a picture of him roughing up the store owner he was most likely robbing... The black community looks bad.
Those take time and are a routine part of any autopsy when the cause of death is not natural.
The problem is that this Darren Wilson isn't a member of the Ferguson MO police dept.
If you shot the perp in your house or on your porch while he was facing you - self defense would apply.
If you shoot him 35 feet from your door while he was running away, and he was unarmed, even after he assaulted you - you would be charged with murder or manslaughter.
The evidence doesn't fit your misleading statement:

PS: They would be stupid to rebuild.
Right —
Just like the big guy that 5 cops wrestled to the sidewalk in New York and smothered to death.
Both were moronic moves as is your comment.
‘Castle Doctrine’ does not allow you to shoot someone that is NOT inside your house, running away and unarmed.
I’m not allowed to shoot someone OUTSIDE my house unless it can be proven that my life was in imminent jeopardy.
Shooting someone in the back 35 feet from my door will get me charged with manslaughter or murder.
Why would you suggest that he was running away? Is this what the media told you was one of the ‘facts’ of the case?
This guy apparently finds it “horrific” to have the same name as the shooter
you haven’t kept up ... research is your friend. If my next door neighbor is being robbed I can wait outside and take ‘em down and is the law.
He has resisted arrest, assaulted a police office, attempted to disarm the officer, though the shop lifting charge is minor the assault on the clerk was a violent and clearly another felony, so just how many felonies must a person commit in your opinion before you consider him to be a dangerous felon?
It doesn’t have to be inside your house, your property is enough. If the guy was shooting at you from the neighbors back yard, I guess he’s in the clear?
The police have more responsibility when dealing with fleeing violent felons and deal with them more often than non-police. Most states have specific laws that apply to police officers in those situations. I think you should learn the law and history behind it before you whine and bitch about it on FR.
