You obviously do not have any understanding of the difference between an entrance and an exit wound.
Look where the squad car was located and where brown’s body was located in relations hip to the car.
The perp was running away.
Now if the cop shot the perp to death while the perp was inside the car or just outside the car…. that would be justifiable.
