Search the record for 13SL-CR12675-01 - ST V MICHAEL R BROWN, and you'll find the case that has four 11/2/2013 charges against a Michael R. Brown. The same charges that have been repeated on FR for this Michael [NMI] Brown.

The Michael R. Brown in the criminal case lives in Troy, Missouri, about 50 miles away from Ferguson.
