Via Ferguson Scanner Updates: All arrested yesterday on Felony Looting charges had a criminal background and most were from outside the Ferguson area.

Yesterday the StLC Prosecutor said that of the 32 arrested 10 were well known to his office — meaning that they were locals with criminal records.
What about the other 22???

This is largely what happened on the Kent State University campus in 1970. Black radical, counter-culture groups were invading the town and causing havoc. Most believe that they were responsible for fire bombing the ROTC building.
