A New Jersey police officer dealt with the complaints of an animal rights activist in a manner that can only be described as a sad sign of the times: Obama just decimated the freakin Constitution, so I dont give a damn."
The activist, Steve Wronko had gone to the Helmetta Police Department with a list of complaints regarding the Helmetta Regional Animal Shelter and to voice his complaints about perceived violations of his Constitutional rights.
Via Photography Is Not A Crime:
The video was posted Monday by activists trying to bring changes to the Helmetta Regional Animal Shelter in New Jersey, which they claim have been violating state health codes.
The activists maintain a Facebook page where they post public records, exchange information and provide updates on developments.

Fundamental transformation.
He’s right.
Show me some instance where a New Jersey police officer is constrained by the Constitution he simply is not. Our militarized police forces are occupying soldiers.
We like to pretend we live in a country where the rule of law is applied equally to everyone, but it is time to admit that we just don’t.
Either it’s a complaint, or he’s happy about it.
The complainant is wrong about his “right” to enter public buildings at will. They have locks for a reason.
Title says it all.
Obama just decimated the freakin Constitution, so I dont give a damn.”
And they say the Southern accent makes US sound dumb. wow. officer joeybagadoughnuts ovaheah.
‘If Obama Doesn’t Follow The Constitution, We Don’t Have To’
Many people and even some Freepers do not understand that there is a difference between “public” and “government”. The government can own a property and then decide to make that property or some part of that property open to anyone. At that point, the property is then “public”. This is essentially public access but owned by the government.
It is also why not all buildings or even all parts of a building are “public”. The city library may be open to the public but the library can and often does restrict access to some locations (storage, office, etc). Those are not public areas. Likewise, a city jail can be pubic access for a very small portion but the rest of the building is not open to the public. Though the building is owned by a public entity (the government of the city) it is not a public building.
think the Southern accent on a woman is the sexiest in the world, along with a soft French and Italian.
Worst accent is the north east accents.
I’m not from the south either, and have traveled around many countries
sounds to me the cop is pissed off with Obama and the liberal making complaints.
The cop does have a point.
What he should really say is that since conservatives didn’t give a damn about the constitution when they instituted the drug war, he shouldn’t care either.
Well, he has a point.
A sad state of affairs to be sure.
Moral hazard? What’s that?
I’ve been saying this for a long time, we are truly “WROL”.
Everyone hears the quacking, does no one see the duck ?
“think the Southern accent on a woman is the sexiest in the world”
One of the many reasons I married a born and bred Florida girl that still lived in FL. They’re kinda hard to come by here.
I’m from the northeast (so I don’t have an accent; everybody else does). I think the worst accent on a woman is an English one.
