The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, has concluded that there was no deliberate wrongdoing by the Obama administration in the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, said Rep. Mike Thompson of St. Helena, the second-ranking Democrat on the committee.
The panel voted Thursday to declassify the report, the result of two years of investigation by the committee. U.S. intelligence agencies will have to approve making the report public.
Thompson said the report confirms that no one was deliberately misled, no military assets were withheld and no stand-down order (to U.S. forces) was given.

The whole gd’d Congress is responsible then.
God, please send us adults so we might save ourselves.
2 things
-1. an admission of knowledge of the 3:42pm phone call
-2. The order: made sure that, number one, that we did everything we could to secure those Americans;
Either he gave the order and the subordinates didnt act, or the subordinates never got the order.
I think Leon Panetta is the subordinate that most likely to confirm if that order was given or not.
The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, fails to prevent this poor response from happening again.
This makes me sick. They carried on for years that they had something, I watched the hearings, I heard retired officers implying that help was available but with held. Hillary’s show. They wound up the troops. Now on Saturday morning without any warning, the Republican lead House Intelligence Committee says nothing is there.
This is no way to lead the troops. There is going to be a lot of pissed off Conservatives.
That’s all for now, going for a walk
Actually, it’s a Democrat saying there was “no wrongdoing” ahead of the not-yet-approved release. The fact that the RINOs on the committee didn’t shut him up yet is quite telling though.
I’d be happy to let Oklahoma join us in secession.
Do you think Democrats will pass that?
Not enough time to get skillful.
This is what the lead Democrat is saying about the report. Do they ever lie?
Finally, a little thoughtfulness.
And the vermin media dutifully promote the deceptions their democrip masters command.
Madam, you have every right to be P.O.d, I join you in that emotion.
Bullsh*t!
Embrace the suck. I am 41 and see no way of recovering from Obama in my lifetime.

Frankly, there is nothing that the GOP controlled House or the minority Senate does or has done in the last 6 years makes any sense to me. All it has done is to convince me they, the GOP, aren’t worth my time and support any more.
GOPe in particular and republicans in general have proven their worthlessness. (The GOPe effectively controls the republican party.)
Only the few republicans that also claim tea party affiliation or are openly anti-GOPe are worth a damn.
It is time for the tea party to openly drive for separation from the GOPe and demand policy changes and changes in leadership positions, in exchange for each bit of cooperation. no ,ore go along to get along. Seniority should no longer be a qualification for committee chairmanships! - just the opposite in fact.
The numbers are admittedly daunting, 34 states needed to propose amendments, a recalcitrant Congress to accede to the application and actually "call" a convention, and the legislatures or the conventions of 38 states agreeing to ratify the amendments. Indeed, except for Nebraska both the House and Senate of these 38 states must approve if Congress elects ratification to be conducted by the legislatures rather than state conventions.
So the bad news is also the good news. Even though Republicans control far more legislative houses than do Democrats, they do not have enough to make 34 and certainly not enough to ratify with 38. So the prospect of reform in view of these numbers is daunting.
But the good news is that the Democrats are even less able to persuade the legislatures to ratify any amendment they might propose -putting aside the likelihood that they would not be able to propose anything in a convention because the authorizing legislation from the states would not permit it. In any event, there is really no practical danger of a "runaway" convention producing an unpalatable result much less a result that would be ratified by 75 of 99 legislative bodies the great majority of whom are controlled by Republicans.
My view is that the danger of doing nothing clearly outweighs the remote danger of a "runaway convention" or the fanciful idea that Republican legislators in the in 75 legislative bodies would ratify such an amendment. I note the resistance on the right seems to be coming from gun rights groups, especially including the NRA, Phyllis Schaffly and the John Birch Society. I believe that the Second Amendment groups are exaggerating the danger beyond all proportion to reality.
If we do nothing we will continue on the path we are on which in my view is a path to destruction. In this sense the bad news, again, is also the good news. I believe it will require some sort of "Black Swan" event such as financial crisis, a war, or some utterly unforeseen situation which stirs the country to take action. We are losing our liberty and we are losing our solvency and we are doing so at an accelerating rate. The risks of doing nothing are unacceptable and events might well bring the people to see that.
It's good to hear from you again.
They have to cover this up. To report the entire truth would be to describe how the US government has blundered us into a war with Russia over Syria. This is all about trying to save the dollar and keep as much oil as possible traded with dollars. If the dollar continues to fall in value, DC is complete toast. The BRICS are going for the kill shot. And considering how DC has blundered its legacy, it deserves the kill shot. Long live the Free States !

Dittos!!!
I thought the point of those hearings was to answer those questions that this report claims have been established beyond dispute.
