I have never been to California but from all the TV shows and movies made there, it is a beautiful place.
Unfortunately with it’s politics and laws, I could never live there.

75% Austin
70% Atlanta
70% Miami
65% Denver
60% Honolulu
There’s no perfect place-—San Diego has good weather but its Kookifornia and not enough rain. Western North Carolina is nice. Actually kick out all the liberals from Asheville, NC and thats a strong possibility.

Good evening, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
We had a deluge yesterday, dry today, and maybe 70s tomorrow.

Seattle is my favorite place...”
Well, according to the answers I gave Seattle is the best place for me so it’s now yours - my gift to you.
I already live in Texas and I agree with you about Austin. Have to go to meetings there twice a year and just hate, hate, hate it!!!

I go to the Seattle area for medical stuff, the Seattle Chamber Music Society events and my old cooking club. It’s often enough, but not too often.

Kerrville is cool but we love Bandera. Going to take my thirteen-year-old grandson and two of his buddies out there for a week in August. Going to be so much fun.

Never been to Bandera, but it’s in that magic area of Texas. I’d live in any of those small towns in the hill country! They have character.
I live in the desert area. Ugly and overcrowded because of our oil boom. Sand storms, and mesquite and cactus as far as the eye can see.

Yep. I really liked California. But I got out just in time. Blacks were gunning down people in the streets in Berkeley (I was living in Berkeley at the time). And black teenagers were attacking whites in my neighborhood with bicycle chains.

Maui is exceptionally cool on a Harley.
Mt. Haleakala, the Hana Rd, and West Maui are really WILD!
And then there is the Big island, with 11 different microclimates and a live volcano!
WHOOOPIEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is one good thing about living in the Florida Panhandle. It is pretty much run by Rednecks and the Military.
I remember years ago a State Senator from Crestview said that Florida, South of Orlando was not fit for human habitation.
One of my best friends married a much younger girl. (yes he is rich) She and her college class visited my hometown of DeFuniak Springs. She told him it was the prettiest little town she had ever seen.
