Maybe this mess in the Ukraine is exactly what Hillary was hoping for. In that case the reset worked and Putin played right in to her hands.
Depends on what the meaning of the word “worked” means. If used in a sentence such as “Obama has “worked” hard to get America back on track” she is accurate.

WHAT? Is she as crazy as Nancy P.? The Reset button Idea stank to high heaven! It wasn’t even done right and made the USA look dumb—Even JFK, LBJ, Clinton, Carter would not have made such a boneheaded Idea go forward. What did it accomplish? Zip!
They went from mildly friendly to openly hostile and aggressive. That is a reset.
Sort of like "resetting" a dog that barks into a dog that goes for your throat.
