Scandal: An internationally accredited information-technology asset-management firm says the IRS has some explaining to do as our patience is taxed with tales of even more convenient computer crashes.
Private-sector organizations as vast as the Internal Revenue Service typically have redundancy built into their information technology systems, as secure record keeping is the key to managing their businesses and staying in business. Such records, if nothing else, are often required to be kept by law, and often by the IRS itself.
As we have noted, Lois Lerner's lost emails from the critical period when the IRS was serving as a political arm of the Obama administration and targeting Tea Party and other conservative groups suggest by themselves a conspiracy to obstruct justice as well as being a violation of the Federal Records Act, which requires paper copies of such critical emails to be printed and stored just in case of computer problems.

The aggrieved in this fiasco were located over much of the United States, and the IRS systematically undertook a campaign to punish them. They were/are located in several of the states.
You also see this administration, and by functional control, it’s government, blatantly allowing criminals into this country each and every day. The are functional invaders - enemies.
You see it every day with the illegals it tries to disperse amongst us like a metastacizing cancer.
If you don’t think that this federal government is an enemy of most of its states, then I can’t help you. These criminals are invading us, the aggrieved parties (condemned by the IRS) were trying to stop them and correct many other injustices, and the Federal Government was and is abetting them. That sounds like treason to me.

Lois Lerner knew she might have to protect herself if caught. Slimy high level people like her always save the proof that someone else is to blame, not her. As hitlers underlings said, “I was only following orders”. She must have kept emails directing her what do do. She’s evil, but not stupid. Well maybe stupid, but surely surprised at how far this has gone.
IRS now proved without a doubt to be a criminal enterprise and yet still holds control to literally destroy any American citizen. Citizen revolts have ousted governments over much much less. Ya think Americans would have had enough of this tyrannical crap by now. If not now, then when?
Taxation without representation.

IF they should find out that Lois Lerner and her cabal at the IRS did what we all know they did, exactly what will happen to them? My bet is nothing.
It was 20 individual PC disks that crashed. From the Daily caller article:
“I haven’t talked to anybody about this. I haven’t asked anybody about it,” Koskinen said, referring to email backup tapes that might still exist, but which the IRS did not check after the computers of Lois Lerner and up to 20 other IRS employees central to the investigation allegedly crashed.
This is a non-story until someone goes to jail!

That's a very good point. I hadn't thought of that.
And we’ve discussed this on numerous occasions: enterprise-class email solutions DO NOT store emails locally. Any organization using or allowing POP mail with their enterprise is just asking for trouble.
Microsoft Exchange is either “in the cloud” with Office 365 or configured locally in very complex setups involving redundant mail pools, journaling, monitored MTAs, and highly redundant storage backends on at least a NAS system if not a full-blown SAN.
Even email solutions such as Gmail use IMAP which leave the mail on a server. You can’t ever “delete” an email. It ALWAYS exists somewhere.
This is straight up obstruction of justice playing on the complete ignorance of lawmakers on how IT actually works.

The IRS was targeting the TEA Party as part of the preparation for the attempted car bombing in NYC which they tried to blame on the TEA Party.
They wanted the names of people associated with the TEA Party which would then be declared terrorist/terrorist organization after the bombing.

Yes there was an investigation but more important they wanted to convince people the IRS targeted the TEA Party to get Obama reelected.
As long as people believe the nonsense the IRS targeted the TEA Party to get Obama reelected they will never figure out what actually happened at Benghazi and why the “spontaneous” lie was concocted.
The “spontaneous” lie was concocted to cover up the reason the IRS was targeting the TEA Party.
We need to prove it to people who don't understand how computers work... that should be easy...
Then we need to recover everything possible and OPEN the prison doors for Lois and her accomplices.
