On Wednesday's edition of "The Five," co-host Bob Beckel remarked on Snoop Dogg's revelation that he as smoked marijuana in the White House, by admitting to the same thing.
“I can’t criticize this guy (Snoop) because I’ve done dope in the White House myself,” Beckel said.
Co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle let out an exasperated, “Oh, God.”
“Are you breaking news?” asked their colleague Eric Bolling.
“I did, yeah,” Beckel said.

When and with whom is what I want to know. Beckel is a recovering addict so I doubt whether it’s been recently. I’m guessing Clinton administration.

to claim they’ve done drugs in the WH implies... they got drugs into the WH
or... those at the WH supplied them.
therefore, either the secret service completely missed someone sneaking in drugs, which could easily have been a poison, or... someone in the WH was breaking the law by supplying drugs

Yep, I remember how Reagan had such respect for the presidency and the White House. I remember him saying he got goose bumps when he entered the Oval Office, at the thought that he and his team were there in such a place.
At least when I worked in these environs, when one entered the White House or one of the associated buildings (Old Executive Office Building, etc.), one wasn't checked for drugs. If you had the right credentials, you went through a metal detector, and that was that.
