Correct me if I’m wrong, but Obama just made a HUGE concession to Russia, by calling for NEGOTIATIONS with the rebels.

Personally, I can’t stand Samantha Power, however, I watched her UNSC speech this morning and it was clear and concise. She also choked up a bit when speaking about the infants who were on the plane.
