COOL, thanks much, mylife.
Dude!
MORE great stuff! :) Thanks!
You are quite welcome, dear! ;-)
(((( HUGS ))))
There isnt a lot of string trio music out there, thanks to the fact that the string quartet with its extra violin provides better scope for composition. Beethoven wrote a few trios while Haydn was writing his quartets, but as soon as Haydn put down his pen, Beethoven published his six string quartets, Opus 18.
Schubert wrote two trios in this key, and this is the latter one. It was written at age 20 while Franz was still teaching in his fathers elementary school. This is not late Schubert where he was writing like a young god, but from his juvenile style. There is a lot of Mozart and Haydn in this music because Schubert had not yet come to terms with Beethovens music. The piece is in four movements. Its sensible music for sensible people.
Get that breeze while you can.
Summers here.
Hey pal, sorry to hear of your loss.
You know I am a independent Op but know one truly operates alone.
I truly am sorry for your loss.

Yup, has been a while, I would lurk so in that sense I never left.
Well, had some rough plowing ground. Lost my dear friend of 30 years, age is creeping up with me so had to change living arrangements, living with daughter now. Moved in with her last Nov. Did not take very well to the change, then an accident happened. My family here have three dogs.
One morning I was awakened in full pain, one of the dogs was standing on my lower leg just above the ankle.
I was in hospital for a short time then sent to a rehab place for treatment of the wound.
I was in the rehab for 6 weeks, released from there to home but had to go for dressing changes every week for 17weeks. I am now left with a huge scar as large as a saucer dish. I had many skin grafts as part of the treatment.
Doing well now Thank God.
Thanks for the SF tune :-).
Do you have Van Morrison— “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You”.
Man that guy can sing!
Dmitris music is not for everyone. His dissonant harmonies put many people off, but his sense of classical architecture is top-notch among modern Russians. This quintet is in five movements. It was written in 1940 just before Hitler descended on the Soviet Union. Just go with it. Its an intense emotional trip; the Russian soul was going through a lot in this period. The second movement, a slow fugue, will break your heart. The third movement, a scherzo, is deliciously zany. It ends quietly and serenely.
