A man was beaten to death in front of a crowd of people at an Amtrak Station Thursday.
San Antonio Police arrested 21-year-old Michael Joseph Fobbs for approaching a man sitting on a bench alone and fatally beating him.
The 56-year-old man was waiting to board a bus when the incident happened.
Police said that Fobbs paused for a few moments and said, “I feel like killing someone,” and then continued to beat the man with his fists until he killed him, KENS 5-TV reported.

According to the Trayvon Martin rules, since the attacker didnt use a gun the victim wouldn’t have been justified in shooting him.

I am shocked at only $150,000 bond for an unquestionable act of insanity or murder. Somebody needs to wake Houston up that this sets a very dangerous precedent.

IIRC, Texas law allows any onlooker to use lethal force to stop such an attack.
Yea, the POS was a gentle giant. No mention about the poor guy he killed. Just some white casualty.
At a minimum, you would expect that there would be monitored security cameras. Heck, a Wal-mart parking lot has monitored security cameras.
