When I was in college I worked for a proff who lived off grants. The first question he always asked what, “What results are you looking for?” Amazingly, those were the results he delivered. Usually, all work, on the grant happened when the report was due. Meantime the students and the proff lived off of it and just considered it their due.
The same is now true of every statistic the government produces. What do you want to prove? Obamacare is working? Sure. That’ll be $80 million dollars please.
