Border Patrol agents in Arizona were reportedly fired upon by a Mexican military helicopter that traveled across the border.
KVOA-TV reports that Mexican authorities were conducting a drug interdiction operation when the incident happened early Thursday morning on the Tohono O’odham Indian Nation. The Mexican chopper fired at the agents and then flew back into Mexico.

I think it should be noted that from the story, MEXICAN OFFICIALS CALLED US OFFICIALS AND DID APOLOGIZE - REPEAT - DID APOLOGIZE for the incident which remains under investigation.
That having been said, this is very concerning and appears to be an escalation of violence on the part of Mexico.
It’s time to be looking past Obama and down the throat of Governor Perry.

Good point. Think also of those Americans who have land near the border. They are being overrun. Where is the National Guard?
If Perry would act, not only would these incidents stop, it would make everyone more aware of just what's going on.
His inaction is puzzling, and disappointing. Or maybe not. Perhaps Perry is looking at a national office, and doesn't want to take any chances now.
