I think it should be noted that from the story, MEXICAN OFFICIALS CALLED US OFFICIALS AND DID APOLOGIZE - REPEAT - DID APOLOGIZE for the incident which remains under investigation.

That having been said, this is very concerning and appears to be an escalation of violence on the part of Mexico.

That is so sweet of them to apologise for invading sovereign US airspace and firing upon USPB agents. Did they send a fruit basket as well?

It's important to note that. Perhaps it was an error. Just as sometimes a pitcher hits a batter by error. But sometimes a pitcher hits a batter on purpose, to send a message.

They DID NOT accidentally fly into the US, especially that area.

The helo’s have GPS. They KNOW where they are and they KNEW who they were shooting at.
