House Speaker John Boehner announced Wednesday he plans to file suit against President Obama over his alleged abuse of executive power.

The DOJ will ignore it, and a judge appointed by Clinton or Obama will dismiss it for lack of standing or some such.

Replace Issa with someone who will get some results.
That is the obvious solution, and I’d bet if hewas impeached prior to the November election, ther would be a significant number of Democrats that would vote for impeachment. Would likely even get some Democrats in the Senate to convict, but certainly a 2/3 to oust him would be impossible.
That is still no reason not to uphold and defend the constitution.
