House Speaker John Boehner announced Wednesday he plans to file suit against President Obama over his alleged abuse of executive power.
"This is not about impeachment -- it's about him faithfully executing the laws of this country," Boehner said.

That is the obvious solution, and I’d bet if hewas impeached prior to the November election, ther would be a significant number of Democrats that would vote for impeachment. Would likely even get some Democrats in the Senate to convict, but certainly a 2/3 to oust him would be impossible.
That is still no reason not to uphold and defend the constitution.
