Summary of Mark Meadows
Mark Meadows, R-NC up.
Seems like all the dems except for Horsford, NV left the room by now.
Meadows sparring with K-man over what IRS manual defines as an official records.
Meadows asks when someone did not notify the national archivist that some emails were lost was that a crime?
Meadows asks if the American people dont have the money to comply with the IRS requests, that is OK, since the IRS didnt have the money to archive all the records?
K-man will not answer Meadows question about what a reasonable person would infer.
*********
Did you catch Mark Meadows went to IRS website and got a definition of records and quoted “machine readable” in the definition?
K-Man is like Gollum from the Hobbit

RG it’s not shown out here in the West yet.
“Jack was red hot tonight! Saved president Heller and raised all kinds of hell.”
Huh? What are you talking about?
.
Objectivity vs. neutrality.....LOL!
He doesn’t know?!?!?!???
A DC “Toot” of earl, no doubt. A “catcher” in the wry, with a smug pie hole. Part of the trough eating class.
The republicans need to dig into how the IRS uses Exchange-based email. Specifically, if they use Outlook as a client with cached mode. With cached mode (which is very common), the working copy of the inbox is on the local computer and a “shadow” copy is on the Exchange server. If you lost a hard drive, you would install a new one, re-install your software (Windows, Outlook, Office), then sign into Outlook with your email address. All of the email from the server would sync to the new client in the background. You could be up and running with a local copy of your inbox restored in a matter of a few hours, maybe even minutes. :-)
GREAT POINT! It’s against POLICY.
Not like Gollum. Gollum was pitiful—read your Tolkien. Gollum was not snarky and condescending. Sorry, he might look like a fish, but that’s where it stops.
Thanks Don, maybe they will hear you.
I’ve been away all day, so I’m at the beginning of this thread and don’t know what’s going to come up next, but I thought you gave a great summary.
I thought Heller was dead? Was it a hologram? Was it the IRS hard drive in disguise at Wembley?
Jordan is NAILING him again?
bfl
.
I know, but I ain’t talking’.
Jim Jordan up again.
Treasury Chief Counsel told the WH Counsel that didn’t have all of Lerner emails.
Asks K-man how did Treasury found out in April that emails were missing.
Jordan on fire.
Wants to know who told Treasury from IRS.
