Looks like it's not just in Iraq where civil war is breaking out. Seems that it could also be happening at MSNBC, with Iraq ironically being the flashpoint.
Two nights ago, Rachel Maddow condemned TV shows that book original Iraq war hawks like Paul Bremer. Maddow specifically called out her very own MSNBC for having given Bremer air time. And just where had Bremer appeared on the Lean Forward network? Morning Joe. So you have to imagine that Joe Scarborough might well have had Maddow in mind when on today's show he said "I don't know why some people are so intellectually weak that they're afraid to actually listen." Sniped Scarborough: if people "wanted to watch people just saying what they--what everybody else in a little circle believe, they could watch certain shows on prime time cable." Wonder which show Joe had in mind?

Civil war at MSNBC? Pass the popcorn ping to Today show list.
No civil war. Just stirring the pot for ratings. Cocktails after work.
This kind of sniping is one of the signs that everybody involved is just getting tired. I wonder how long this propaganda network will continue to exist after the 2014 elections.
Joe and Rachel share the same barber who appears to only do a one cut style.
I would say this is a cat fight, but there’s only one girl involved. Maddow’s not it, either.
Scarborough is the ultimate opportunist. He is seeing which way the wind is blowing lately, and he is trying to swing back to the right to regain some conservative bona fides. He sees his network in a death spiral, and he is now looking for a parachute, maybe to land at Fox. It will not work of course, since most people do not have long term memory loss. He will end up at Sirius POTUS channel, which nobody listens to. He will go the way of that Smerconish guy, a so-called conservative who out of nowhere became a cheerleader for Obama. He miscalculated the long term trend, and now his career is in the toilet.
I’d like to see those two guys fight. I’m not sure how a guy can win a fight with a name like Rachel. Maybe his little sister Chris Hayes will jump in.
If Scarborough was on alone, they’d call it Oriely. No spin, ha ha.
“Joe and Rachel share the same barber who appears to only do a one cut style.”
I’m thinking they visit the same optometrist, too.
And they both appear to shop at Brooks Brothers but Joe has a better tailor.
And how does this civil war between idiots affect any other than MSNBC’s 100 or so viewers?
“I wonder how long this propaganda network will continue to exist after the 2014 elections.”
Well, first Matthews now Scarborough. The two top shows. I think they know the score and are trying to not make it so obvious.
Too little too late. That boat already sailed.
