At least five people are reported killed after an explosion in Lugansk administration building. The blast came as Kiev deployed fighter jets to the city in eastern Ukraine. This and heavy gunfire on the ground caused panic among civilians.
The death toll was first reported by RIA Novosti; later it was confirmed by local self-defense forces, who said the blast was caused by the army's fighter jets striking the building.
“Ukraine’s air force struck Lugansk downtown at 16.00 pm. Military aircraft made a targeted strike, deploying cluster bombs. The administration building is partially destroyed,” the government of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) said.
Many wounded were trapped inside the administration headquarters, which caught on fire. About six ambulance vehicles have arrived at the site. The death toll may rise.
Those killed - three women and two men - are all civilians, witnesses told RT. One of them was the LNR’s health minister, Natalia Arkhipova. During the air-strike, she was talking to another woman on the administration building’s steps, the self-proclaimed republic’s premier, Vasiliy Nikitin, said.
Large blood stains inside the HQ could be seen on live-streaming video from the area, with pieces of glass and stones also visible on the floor. The camera operator was choking with smoke. On the outside, many windows are shattered, shell fragments covering the nearby area and dark plumes of smoke are coming from the fourth floor.

They are grabbing kids off the streets in Lvov and the west, giving them a partial uniform and a gun, and sending them East. No training at all.
The problems in the Ukrainian Army are becoming glaring, especially with well over 100+ surrenders alone in the last three days. This is why they are depending more and more on Aviation to solve the problem.

I think these kids and parents/families are unwilling to fight the East because they've figured out it's really ‘for the Oligarchs’ who got them in the place they're in in the first place....Why would they die for them?
I did read a few articles about how Keiv Gov. is failing the military badly and how so many are deserting...even some of the parents have come after them....
I agree they're resorting to air strikes because they cannot achieve “an army” any longer......so who is leading these air strikes? I believe the US is because without the East the only thing Ukraine has to offer is their farmland...and the EU already signed that away.
When this is over Ukraine people will have signed away any hope for a future any time soon....did you see the lists of cuts...and also raise in costs these people are going to have to pay under the austerity.....50% hikes in many areas and overhaul of their services...even elimination of...as well as subsidies.

Kiev is a city, it is the Ukrainian military that is fighting to rid Ukrainian of Russian terrorists and invaders.
If this building was hit by Ukrainian forces and that is still “if” it is part of war when you are defending your nation against terrorists and invaders.

Whatever the Kiev news (counter propaganda media group) states is what is fed to the US Mainstream Media regardless of the facts. This group was paid and set up by the US to counter Russia Propaganda...it is NOT factual news nor intended to be that rather to deny and always point to Russia in all cases of question.
As I watched the HQ strikes reporting as soon as the building was bombed...(there were news agencies there as it happened) I have no words to express as one jouranlist in deep distress and anger kept on filming...determined to get the raw footage but clearly suffering as he filmed the injured....even pausing to cover a womans under garmet...this was live feed throughout the immediate aftermath of the strike.
The photo of the woman whose legs were ripped apart was talking with her head raised....it’s all over the net now despite You Tube removing many of the videos of the HQ bombing.
What is stunning is throughout Maidan the news agencies here in the West were reporting every detail 24/7......now basically nothing except a few seconds bite. The same with Syria....everything was being reported....so why the media blackout for Ukraine...and why hasn’t the US called for a No Fly Zone as they have in every other conflict?

Per Al Jazeera and The Interpreter, the flash in the tree is an air-launched missile that hit the tree, and was diverted to the left.
I think this is the one that hit the lower left of the building front.
It is VERY clear what happened hear, and it has been broken down by numerous sources. So unless Al Jazeera and The Interpreter are “Paid Putinista Propagandists!!” now, it is pretty pathetic to still deny the facts right in front of you.
Now, whether this attack was AUTHORIZED, or if the pilot went rogue, (which IMO is likely, considering the missiles were Anti-tank, and not HE), is a different story.
