Does ANYONE here have any doubts NOW that we are suffering from a fascist movement, that America elected....twice??
Jonah Goldberg is RIGHT!
Now how do we rid ourselves of them , now that America knows who and what they are?
Does Cruz advize impeachment of Holder, Obama and others?
“Natural rights are those not contingent upon the laws, customs, or beliefs of any particular culture or government, and therefore universal and inalienable (i.e., cannot be sold, transferred, or removed).”
Bombshell? Prolly not. IMHO, NTEB is pimping for hits with am outrageous headline.
Their claim is true. And has been news for some time.
Link to breitbart story on this:
I googled Mr. Cruz’ phrase :
” I am telling you I am not making this up. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has announced the Senate Democrats are scheduling a vote a constitutional amendment to give Congress the authority to regulate political speech because elected officials have decided they dont like it when the citizenry has the temerity to criticize what theyve done, “

It’s a disgrace the way the scum now infesting our country will trade our freedom for freebies and handouts. A lot of good people died for us to have that freedom. It didn’t belong to the freeloading bottom feeders to give it away.
The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention. The Congress proposes an amendment in the form of a joint resolution. Since the President does not have a constitutional role in the amendment process, the joint resolution does not go to the White House for signature or approval. The original document is forwarded directly to NARA’s Office of the Federal Register (OFR) for processing and publication. The OFR adds legislative history notes to the joint resolution and publishes it in slip law format. The OFR also assembles an information package for the States which includes formal “red-line” copies of the joint resolution, copies of the joint resolution in slip law format, and the statutory procedure for ratification under 1 U.S.C. 106b.

And ten of those were passed immediately after the Constitution was ratified. Not much worry of this passing. The mere proposal of such an amendment could do grave harm to the Democrats (at least I can hope, can't I?).
