1. He didn’t know about it until he saw it on the news, but claim responsibility without claiming responsibility.
2. Delay, obfuscate & stonewall until you can say, “Come come, this is really `old news’!”
3. Finally, find some superannuated old guy about to retire and pretend he’s getting the axe.
We know the Bush administration told someone. I doubt Obama was in the loop. He’s just a puppet who does what he’s told to do.
