These Maps Show How Segregated The US Still Is

America might be less segregated now than ever, but it remains far from total racial integration.
2010 Census maps, posted to Reddit by user DMan9797, illustrate this point well.
Check out the maps, in which darker spots show higher population density for a particular race (click here for larger versions):
The highest concentration of African-Americans is in the Southeast:

Hey, it they want to bus some out west, feel free.
What ever happened to free association?
Could it be that because of the numerous pathologies of the black culture, may have moved away from them? Oh, of course not!
The segregation drum that the left is starting to beat is another attempt to gain control over where we live.
The left doesn’t like us living in suburbs, and wants to push us back to the cities to live, where we can be easier to control.
They are using segregation to attack us from a different angle than the environmentalists do. The environmental argument is that living in the suburbs causes you to destroy the environment because you burn gas, and use energy to heat and cool a decent sized house. Now, with race thrown in the mix, they can also add that it is racist to be a suburbanite.
I imagine that in the left’s utopian vision of a command economy for the United States, they want all the worker bees to be crammed together in housing projects that are environmentally friendly, and easy to control and monitor.
Pretty much everything the left proposes is a back door for them to control your life.
They're teaching White kids that there's something wrong with them if they aren't ashamed of being White.
Vermonters are my favorite pro integration folks, yet Vermont doesn’t practice what it preaches.
They love Obama but if busloads of blacks started moving in they would be horrified.
.
Helpful for people planning to move.
State sanctioned child abuse.
according to both maps. it appears that Hispanics don’t like living around mostly Blacks. And Vice Versa. Is this a form of racism?
When you start using percentages of county populations and the fastest growing group in the country is Hispanics, then blacks and every other group are going to decrease as percentage of the total population. By 2060, one in three in this country will be Hispanic.
Look at Vermont. I thought it hilarious when Howard Dean was campaigning for pres. and spoke out on his ideas about improving race relations.
A high school homecoming game in most cities in the south has the potential to fill the stands with more persons of color than reside in the entire state of Vermont.
Egggzakly! Distract from Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS, NSA, VA, no jobs and the myriad other "incidents" plaguing the Obama's Marxist cadre. Winston Smith and gang are hard at it 24/7.
Sorry...anyone of any color can move where the want to...unless the government decides to institute forced “busing” of people from one place to another.
It’s almost as if the US had been originally settled by European immigrants and colonials. /s
/sarcasm off/
Stories then will appear with the purpose of discouraging conservatives to vote.
Washington can't be fixed, Obamacare is here to stay, all politicians suck.
What is the problem? Shouldn’t black Americans be angry that they are treated as mindless pawns progressives can shuffle around?
Never mind answering that.
So what is this map supposed to mean to your average liberal idiot? Is the south less racist because of all the black people living there or is it more racist because of all the black people living there?
Why are black people shown in green? Looks like racism to me.
