The Obama administration once again has punted on a final decision for the Keystone XL pipeline, announcing ahead of the holiday weekend that it is extending a key review period indefinitely -- a move that could push off a determination until after the midterm elections.
Republicans, as well as red-state Democrats who want the pipeline approved, slammed the administration for the delay.
"It's absolutely ridiculous that this well over five year long process is continuing for an undetermined amount of time," Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.H., said in a statement.

Yeah, it is probably time for Boehner to come out and advocate comprehensive immigration reform, AKA amnesty, again to make sure the base is so mad at the GOP that the Rats will gain seats in November rather that be swept from office in a rational act. The GOPe works as the cub scouts of the Democrats so they will screw this up again (or just do their part to assure that the uniparty retains power.)
ROFLMBO!!! OMG does it get any more precious than that?!?!
A "small minority tieing up things in court forever" is the NAME OF THE GAME for your side, Mizz Lan-DREW. Wake up and smell the beignets!
Exactly. Well said.
his answer is NO!
There is a solution for this that is in our constitution: Impeachment.
Voting present...again.
Let’s face it this is more than politics Obama is a fanatic.
Plus it’s politics.
Can someone please articulate to the American people just how much Obama DESPISES American jobs and success?
Or how truly insane are the beliefs of leftists like Obama, Kerry, Pelosi?
They stink on ice.
Exactly! If they're not willing to do that, they need to shut the.... hell up.
While I would like to receive the benefits of the pipeline (lower prices, less reliance on oil from Venezula and the Middle East) I am certainly glad this will negatively impact Senate and House elections this fall. Obama just lost the congress ... completely. After this winter people understand the cost of energy. More importantly, the vast a mojority of people that use oil for heat live in blue states.
Warren Buffet stopped for an ice cream on the way home Today. Was a photographer there...we’ll see tomorrow. I’d bet he got sprinkles to celebrate.
You forgot the “gays” Never forget the “gays”
Doesn’t ANYBODY have a phone and a pen?
If Obozo can skirt the law then it should be perfectly fine for everybody else too.
Start building the son-of-a-bitch and tell him and his fellow MARXISTS to try and stop them. What’s he gonna do, send in the BLM?
Obama ignores the law and the Constitution. The States should just go ahead, ignore the Feds and build the pipeline!!
Pros and cons notwithstanding I have to agree that the Kenyan has kissed off the Senate with this dumbass move. He’s not such a heavy thinker that the situation is complicated. At this point I expect he’s just in it for the money. As with the Clintons he’s just gonna spend his last couple years sucking in money to his own campaign fund (which oughta be illegal) which he will use to buy friends and protect his own sorry skin for the next couple decades. Notice that he hasn’t said much about funding his own Hut library? So he has to milk his envirofreek friends while they’re milkable.
I doubt Satan cares if any of the fallen angels disagree with him.
One more would be the end of civilization/s
