Warning follows threat from Harry Reid that grazing dispute 'not over'
The chief of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association says his sources inside the federal government are warning that Washingtons weekend retreat in a dispute over grazing land in Nevada was just to distract and defuse because a raid on the familys ranch still is being strategized.
And there probably would be violence involved, said Richard Mack, the former sheriff of Grisham County, Ariz.
I dont think it would be possible to launch a raid without violence, he told WND Monday. I dont the Bundys would lie down and be taken.
He cited the threat from Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., that the confrontation was far from over, despite the weekends retreat by armed gunmen working for federal agencies.
Reid on Monday told KRNV-TV in Reno. Its not over. We cant have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So its not over.

why doesn’t a Nevada Congressman introduce an “amnesty” bill for the “feral trespass cattle” and everyone involved? that would put a end to it.
They want amnesty for millions of illegal alien invaders but won’t do squat for American Citizens who have been run roughshod by BLM.
Justice in America is now Just US.
We have to be wise like the Civil Rights Movement of the 50s and 60s. They picked their battles by carefully finding the right victim. Bundy’s not that.
He’s in the wrong here, even though he has a lot of cause to be dissatisfied. He is misreading the history and needs to pay up those fees. His big issue is the BLM mismanaging those lands and the bias toward species other than human.
We need to find a broader coalition of people victimized by the federal government and get states behind a movement to defederalize these lands. Move them back to local control and let the states manage them. Ideally, the states get to keep the fees and manage these places better.
We all need to contact our Senators and House members (the ones that are sane anyway); and tell them that we don’t want OUR government (that is our hired help); behaving this way.
Bundy thanks supporters, blasts sheriff for not giving protection

BUNKERVILLE (KSNV MyNews3.com) — Several hundred supporters gathered near the Cliven Bundy ranch Monday afternoon for a pep rally.
Bundy thanked the gathered supporters, including members of a few militia-type groups, for helping to free about 400 head of his cattle that Bureau of Land Management Rangers had impounded last week.
“If the sheriff and state government had done their part to protect us, we would not have needed you,” Bundy told the crowd.
Bundy said he felt Metro should have disarmed the BLM staffers.
Bundy’s supporters arrived from states all over the country as a protest grew daily from the start of the BLM action on April 5.
Saturday morning, the BLM announced from Washington, D.C., that it would end the cattle roundup because of concerns over public safety.
Several hundred Bundy supporters clogged Interstate 15 on Saturday afternoon as they drove to a BLM cattle holding area about 7 miles west of Mesquite to force BLM and law enforcement to release the cattle.
Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for the past 20 years and has lost in court twice, being ordered to remove his cattle from some 600,000 acres of land in northeast Clark County.
Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie issues a release on Saturday about the Bundy-BLM situation, saying in part:
I want to stress to all of you that as the sheriff of Clark County I cannot interfere with the federal government when it is operating on federal land, Gillespie said. And because this is BLM property, it is in its jurisdiction. But when a group of protesters threaten civil unrest or violence in this county — it is my job to step in and ensure the safety of citizens.
Gillespie said he worked diligently to de-escalate the situation. He worked chiefly with Gov. Brian Sandoval, Attorney General Catherine Cortez-Masto and U.S. Attorney Dan Bogden.
Business owners in Mesquite reported that they had received threats related to the BLM-Bundy dispute.
Where’s the Republican Governor in all this?
and here (via Drudge) Looks like Reno tv
Do not underestimate Richard Mack. He was an old school Arizona Sheriff. (Graham county).

If the BLM is planning on raiding the Bundy’s again, they may go whole hog with armored vehicles, attack helicopters and even armed Reaper drones. And unless the Bundys are protected with “human shields”, the BLM may decide to just massacre them, likely doing a ‘Waco’ and burning them alive, or shooting them as they try to flee their burning home.
Other than human shields, the best defense for the Bundys is to get the identities of the agents involved, and put them on the Internet as “fugitive criminals”, who along with their families will never be able to live in America without being hounded for their crimes.
Wasn’t Pelosi out there saying how wonderful it is having the people stand up to the powerful? OH WAIT. That was the occupoopers.
The federal government has probably spent several million over the last 20 years trying to get Bundy (the last cattleman on that range) off the land. Probably more than a million dollars just last week. Obviously, it’s not about the money.
Why has the federal government run all the ranchers off so-called BLM land? And the miners, drillers, loggers, etc. Even the 4 wheelers, campers, hikers, hunters and fishermen?
Wheres the Republican Governor in all this?
Missing-Inaction
he blabbed a bit about not violating cponstitutional rights and haven’t hear anything from him since.
From what I have read, it is not just a matter of paying the fees. You also have to agree to limit the number of cattle per acre. And apparently everyone who signed up with the feds eventually went belly up there. So the fee may not be the issue. It is the legal agreement you have to sign.
Dear God! Smote our enemies of the 10 tribes of Israel that found their way here. Amen.
U.S. Attorney Dan Bogden.

his phone should be ringing off the wall
Sounds like ol' Bumfights is just begging us to deal with his violations of the law...
I am certain there’s all kinds of abuse going on out there. If they were to walk into Chicago and declare a series of parks closed because of some endangered species people would go off on them. Let some rancher get jammed and too it’s too bad.
My point is that Bundy’s a kook. He needs to pay the fees and his legal argument against not paying the fees is nonsense. The people at Klamath were heroes and deserved our support. Bundy is an embarrassment, despite the fact that I support getting the federal government out of this business.
The new military? They might just follow orders
I hope the Bundys are accepting live-in guests and other armed supporters with plenty of ammo because the Feds will surely lock the perimeter down good this time.
If it is likely that the Feds will come back in force, I think that the Bundys’ will need to think long and hard about their defenses if they intend to make a stand. Only the men need to stay. They ought to make sure that they have a really good satellite link, radios, and cameras. This could be a siege, so they need stocks of food, water, guns & ammo, medicine. Gas masks. Night vision. Start digging trenches. Create a defensive perimeter, an ambush zone. Have an escape route if possible.
The Feds want to make this into Falujah, USA.
Second Alamo????
