I am certain there’s all kinds of abuse going on out there. If they were to walk into Chicago and declare a series of parks closed because of some endangered species people would go off on them. Let some rancher get jammed and too it’s too bad.
My point is that Bundy’s a kook. He needs to pay the fees and his legal argument against not paying the fees is nonsense. The people at Klamath were heroes and deserved our support. Bundy is an embarrassment, despite the fact that I support getting the federal government out of this business.

Bundy is the only rancher that BLM hasn't driven out of business in the area. I think 53 other ranchers had go under because of the feds. I hope that makes you feel better.
Bundy offered to pay the state. You need to read up on this.
You're blind to the realities of this situation. This is a federal landgrab no matter what they use for a reason. In not paying the fees to the feds Bundy is challenging the entire landgrab by the feds. He does not recognize the federal government as the owner of the land.
Just as they did the other ranchers around him.
It matters not one whit whether he pays the fees or not. Their real goal is to shut him down.
You are overfocusing on an unimportant part of this, and in the process supporting and buying into the feds game.
