Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm announced Wednesday that Jeremy Rossetto will not be charged in connection with the March 12 shooting death of two teens who were hitting him with a souvenir baseball bat.

The district attorney's office reviewed the police investigation, interviewed witnesses and viewed witness cellphone video before concluding that Rossetto shot the teens in self defense.

Also intrigued how there was cell phone video of the attack, if one was holding him, and another one beating him, all in an apartment building stairwell. Was the 20 year old co-conspirator taking video to post it on YouTube later? Or were they performing for an audience?

(Rossetto was an independent contract janitor, not even an employee of the complex.)

What were they thinking of charging the janitor with “Shooting someone who’s only crime was trying to kill you”?

Relatives of Miller and Bell want an explanation from authorities of why Miller and Bell were in that apartment house.

We know the janitor was legitimately servicing fire extinguishers.

This reads like Miller and Bell (and Gibbs) had no legitimate reason to be there.

Miller (a 17 yr old female) leaves behind two young children, including one with Bell. Her family insists this wasn't in her character.

"You can't call her an animal," Reed says. "You can't call her a ghetto this and that. It's not what she deserves."

The janitor should send the families of the dead perps a bill for the ammunition he was forced to use to defend his life.

I don’t know about “non-Amish” but the deceased were “yutes”.

Ok, I have not seen the standard line. They were turning their lives around, they loved their families, they loved their dogs and they were aspiring rappers.

Likely the families allowed their "kids" to be indoctrinated as professionally aggrieved carrying "justified black rage", which is as deadly as cyanide in their purple drank.

Arrogant anger will get ya killed real quick.

Where’s Sharpton? This looks like the Trayvon case. Prediction: The shooter will be indicted by a grand jury.

Why isn’t the 20 yr old being charged? He assaulted Rossetto and was an active participant in a felony that resulted in a death. That’s felony murder here in PA. Life no parole.

“You can’t call her an animal,”

No, I wouldn’t want to besmirch the animal kingdom by calling her one of them. She was nothing but a low-life piece of trash who got exactly what she deserved.

George Zimmerman was also told he wouldn’t be charged. We all saw how that turned out.
