Commission Finds ‘No Compelling Medical Reason’ To Exclude Transgender Americans From Military
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS/AP) — An independent commission led by a former U.S. surgeon general has concluded there “is no compelling medical reason” for the U.S. armed forces to prohibit transgender Americans from serving and that President Barack Obama could lift the decades-old ban without approval from Congress, according to a report being released Thursday.

Also, should these LBGT troopers wish to become paratroopers, the para harness should be padded to prevent stress on transgender surgery scars.
The use of sexually ambiguous troops will give us a tremendous tactical advantage in combat. Enemy combatants will rise from cover to stare in wonderment ... when they do so, the few anatomically correct men left in the military can mow'em down.

I watched that video again last night, which is why it came to mind on the thread.
The best part of the video is the great personal restraint of the Admiral when that truly idiotic question was posed: he did not flinch, he did not smile, he did not laugh.
His steely self-control is a case in point of why midshipmen at USNA go through the rigorous training that they do. (My son is USNA ‘07)
Because I am a firm believer in the great educational value of public ridicule, I would have been compelled to say something like, “Well, Sir, from the days of the wooden sailing ships, through the eras of ironclads, steam, and now the nuclear Navy, we in the Naval Service have centuries of experience balancing personnel and materiel on our ships to keep them from tipping over. I am sure we can do the same with Guam with a few Marines.”
There may be a tactical advantage to having a few companies of female impersonators - when the enemy sees them, they may laugh themselves to death.
Remember that Joceyln Elder was so bad that even Bill Clinton had to fire her.

It has already started. Most veterans I know are recommending to young people to stay out of the military and recommending skilled trades apprenticeships instead.
