We got Clinton because of Perot. And although Perot was not a libertarian, it is the same phenomena. Until the liberals start splitting their vote, conservatives will be cursed with the possibility.

If we don’t vote Republican, on principle or NOT, conservatives WILL have another liberal (worse than the last) Democrat president in 2016.

Progressive Republicans are happy to assault conservatives and push the liberal agenda. Just voting GOP won’t get it done. The party will continue moving left if the base vote is in the bag. You seem ok with that. I never will be. The GOP need to earn our support. Period.

I am NOT ok with that. We need to get better candidates. All I’m saying is, a split vote insures a RAT president. And I certainly DON’T want that.

Jolly opposes “amnesty” but what will he support in the end is my question. “Guest Worker” status????? We shall see....

New politicians are like a box of chocolates.....

In 1951 NY Giant, Bobby Thompson hit a 150 foot home run in the Polo Grounds ballpark to win the National League Pennant, over the Brooklyn Dodgers. A puny, meager flyball in most ball parks....but it became famously known...”As the home run heard round the world!!!”.

This is 100% incorrect. The Bobby Thompson shot cleared the 315 ft marker in left field. The homer you're talking about is called "The Homer in the Gloamin'" hit by a player named Gabby Hartnett in 1938 for the Chicago Cubs.

There! Fixed it!

You can read about Bobby Thompson's 1951 home run in many authoritative sources, including this book on famous 20th century home runs:

“Didn’t Democrats try these scare tactics before”

Those tactics usually work for them. Just waiting for the general election and the democrats to pull out their usual anti woman, anti black, anti old people accusations about republicans and for the republicans to stand there like a deer in the headlights.

Repubs know what the dems are going to say for the last 30 years, but haven’t figured out a way to respond to their pandering lies yet. Frustrates the heck out of me.

Question. What difference does it make if "Republicans" win every election when all most of them do is vote with the demoncraps a vast majority of the time? Jolly is a demoncrap in sheep's clothing. Putting an R behind his name and electing him does nothing more than validate the demoncrap's agenda every time jolly votes with them.

JMHO

Yeah, there’s probably tens of thousands of votes ready to go.

This race was pretty much all about Obamacare.

Who in their right mind voted for the Democrat? Why is it when I think this country might surprise me by waking UP, in election after election location to location either national regional or local, there are ALWAYS 45+% of people who vote for the Democrat.

It doesn’t matter the location. It’s ALWAYS like this.

I really thought this race would show a clear disdain for liberalism with at most 40% voting for the Dem. But AGAIN it’s nearly split down the middle.

Are there really that many dependents in this country? That many freeloaders and lazy folk that refuse to work for a living and have no compunction about taking from others’ hard earned wealth? If these numbers truly indicate that, then this country really is dead already.

The voters sent the Obama Administration and the Democrat Party a message.

Apparently the Daily Beast thinks that message is a candidate needs to “full throatedly” support Osamacare in order to turn out the rat base rather than “vacillate” as they accuse Stink of doing.

I hope the DCCC takes the Daily Beast’s advice.

Here's something to celebrate yesterday's election outcome with:

Just yesterday morning, the WaPo web site ran an article under a column called "She The People." It stated that past historical trends favored Sink in the special election. The gave a rundown of past statistics on how women candidates fared in special House elections from 1980 on, and especially how they have been successful against male opponents, which, in their perverse way of thinking, gave Sink the edge in this race. They might have been just as well off reading tea leaves or palms! LOL!!!

LOL - that is good news. Washington Post will a little egg on their faces - keeps ‘em humble...

Got two ‘after the election’ calls today ... automated asking to ‘press this for that’ kind of call... Looks like some group is trying to figure out what went wrong. Must not have shown up in their ‘before election’ interviews or they wouldn’t be calling today. Maybe they suspect there was a last minute effort or meme they were unaware of...

From what I have read it had been redistricted and was not the same for that long.
