Would it be possible to hide a large airplane at an airport, surrounded by lots of large airplanes? Is it possible that it is known what happened to the plane, but no one is showing their hand?
The longer this goes on, the more possible it becomes that something really crazy happened to that plane.

Easily. There are thousands of junked aircraft at airports all over the world. One more would not easily be noticed.

What about all those passengers with handheld devices with GPS engaged. Do we think that every single one of them just tiurned off at the same time? Or that one of them didn’t try to sneak a “mayday” out?
