WASHINGTON The Obama administration will phase in a requirement that large employers provide their workers with health benefits in 2015 and 2016, offering businesses more relief from the so-called employer mandate in the presidents health law.
Under regulations issued Monday, only employers with more than 100 full-time workers will be subject to fines in 2015 unless they offer coverage.
The requirement that all employers with more than 50 full-time employees provide health benefits or pay fines which was supposed to begin in 2014 under the Affordable Care Act will not take effect until 2016.

If ObamaCare is so wonderful, why do businesses need “relief” from it?
Fine. Then I will fire them for being a Socialist/Liberal/Marxist. Fair enough?
The first video is the first segment on the Kelly file when this new effort by Obama to regulate the workforce is discussed.
The second video below is Judge Nap. Judge Nap was clearly shaken by this new Obama over-reach.

The President is breaking the law, again; and the GOP is doing nothing, again.
I used to say that people who claimed that there’s no difference between the parties were nuts. I owe them an apology.
All the power he needs in one sleek device...
So, now the federal government has these employers by the balls, have a signed affidavit saying (preemptively) these people did not lose their job because of obamacare. And if they are deemed to leave fired someone in conflict with how the government sees it, they ;could go to jail for up to 5 years.
This is as truly a dictatorship as has ever been.
Lots of replies but one more.
I hate this law but it is the law and anybody who does not comply is a law breaker and subject to legal action, penalties, fines and perhaps imprisonment if convicted of breaking the law. The POS in the white hut does not have the authority to change it. Just because he breaks the law and gets away with it is no reason for you or anyone else to tempt prosecution.
My letter to employees would look like this:
We will be implementing compliance with ACA on schedule in 2014 in compliance with the law. We have consulted our legal department and others and see that no extension of the compliance date is lawful unless approved by the legislative branch and signed into revised law by the President.
You should look for further communications about changes to your health care benefits in the coming months. The changes will be fully implemented by October 2014.
The chief executive officer of the federal government has (again) said that following the law is optional.
I think that we should heed his advice and follow his actions - regarding guns, taxes, speeding, any old thing. The Resident only does things that he wants to, or that are convenient to him...so why shouldn’t we?
This is WAY WORSE than Prohibition, in terms of creating total contempt for the law.
Yep,the “chest beaters” will get right on it and spend our money investigating the hell out of it and come up with....................nothing
