Obamacare is no excuse now for firing anyone.

The point I was trying to make is that Obama has engineered a circumstance where IF the employer will just sign the paper which says he will not fire anyone because of obamacare he will be exempt (50-99 employees). But he signs a statement that he will only fire someone for reasons other than obabacare, under penalty of imprisonment.

So, now the federal government has these employers by the balls, have a signed affidavit saying (preemptively) these people did not lose their job because of obamacare. And if they are deemed to leave fired someone in conflict with how the government sees it, they ;could go to jail for up to 5 years.

This is as truly a dictatorship as has ever been.
