Here’s a blog to help bring others up to speed on the illustrious lawyer’s legal responsibilities from the land of Lincoln, pertaining to the omissions in his state law license application.

...We checked for 4 to 6 weeks on either side of that date and not once did they match again.

So the word went out It's ok to photograph the announcements on that page for that date now, we've fixed it, and the presto! the folder in the library suddenly contained the material that was handed out...and the story that the announcements were printed as a result of a list was BS as I thought it was and said so, right from the start?

What was it that indicated this? The fact that the Nordyke twins announcement didn't appear until about a week later, iirc. Had there been such a list, they would have been on it.

What was the line in his book about finding his BC in granny’s attic?
Right? He never does explain that one!

because you only go to the trouble of changing out a microfilm roll if you think there’s a good reason to do so.

Someone figured out they needed to make a "record" of someone who didn't have one so he could run for POTUS.

I personally took a look at the microfilm at Kahului Public Library, 90 School St, Kahului, HI 96732. In particular I was looking for an adoption announcement for Zippo because the notice of service to Sr went unanswered and there is usually a public announcement if the Daddy can't be found. I obviously didn't find one. But I can say that that particular box, for the birth announcements was a different box, I even took a picture and sent it to butter at the time.

But I can testify as to the condition of that film vrs others. That film was far less scratched than the films before it and after it.

From your link:
“...
On March 13, 2007, a request was filed with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission asking the application to the bar that Barack Obama had filed in 1991 be examined in light of information that had recently been made public.

Barack Obama suddenly decided to voluntarily surrender his law license.

Was his BC changed at this time also?

More questions :D

I was wondering, why cover-up a name change/previous name?

Would it have shown Lolo had adopted him in Indonesia, making him Indonesian citizen?

Is there a citizenship requirement to be a lawyer?

Excellent...I would like to point out how-ever, and it might have nothing to do with the announcements issue; the divorce papers were received and signed for. The receipt is part of his INS file. The signature appears to be his. No reason for him not to sign. Agreeing to divorce was the mechanism with which she obtained sole custody of a child supposedly bearing his name, whose parents (for now) remain unknown.

I am aware of the divorce papers. But a divorce doesn’t cause loss of parental rights. When Lolo adopted Zippo the bio Dad needed to consent.

Nothing to do with loss of parental rights...that’s looking at the document record as if it’s hard and fast and unquestionable. There’s no record of a marriage. Why get a divorce?

How’s she ever going to take the child out of the US or be seen as his mother, if she hasn’t got legal custody? She didn’t have a birth certificate with her name on it as his mother.

The divorce was an essential part of the process. It allowed her to have the boy adopted. And have the adoption anulled later, if that became necessary, as it appears, and required the presence of the ‘father’ named on the divorce documents.

It’s possible the missing page 11 from the divorce file was a bc for the boy, which had to be a forgery and was removed.

I agree that the divorce gave her legal custody as a “parent” but then she wanted Lolo to adopt him. When I adopted my daughter my wife at the time told me the Daddy was no where to be found. So before I could go through with the adoption a public notice had to placed in the paper of record of the last know place of residence for the Daddy for a period of time. I was looking for that notice. I also looked for a story on the accident for Mr Shabazz but didn’t find that either.

Way back when this was first made available it was the in onsistancy of the lines that alerted me. The job of “stripper” in news office was to literally cut out the printed material and paste it in its place on the page. Each individual stripper got in a groove and developed their own style if someone else finished or did part of their assignment it was obvious to the trained eye.
That’s what I observed years ago I think you just confirmed my thoughts thanks

...When Lolo adopted Zippo the bio Dad needed to consent.

Just thinking out aloud...she had SOLE custody. The kenyan student, in March 1964, when the divorce was finalized, wanted to stay at Harvard for another year (not granted) - the boy was evidently adopted as Soebarkah (another branch of the Soetoro family tree?) What makes us believe he was adopted in Hawaii? All we know is that the name Soebarkah was removed from her passport in August 1968, and it seems he travelled on his own passport from then on, arriving at immigration without a return ticket as BHO2 (for short) and nothing to support the contention that the two elderly white people who probably came to meet him at the airport were his relatives. The only way to clear up that mess would have been for the 'parents' named on the divorce docs to appear together. Which they apparently did. That's when we see them photographed at the airport. And that's when the boy was told the kenyan was his father. Prior to that, he told his classmates he was an Indonesian Prince.
