Did you catch the part where the Conservation guy made the statement that Keystone will actually increase the price of gasoline? First time I have heard that increasing supply will drive prices up.
Sometimes when I see clowns like that Gene Kaparski on TV it's embarrassing to be Polish.

Marxists like Juan can say whatever they want since results dont matter. They had good intentions and that is all that counts.
Exactly! They are never held accountable for the result of their actions. They never seem to have enough foresight to anticipate consequences. [Many of those consequences are so obvious to many of us with more than 2 functioning brain cells.] Additionally, they just ignore the unintended consequences -- they just shrug and go on with their talkingpoints.

RFK, Jr. told Andrea Mitchell that the Keystone oil was dirtier than other conventional fuels.
Thead and my response:
dirty oil ... five times as bad at producing carbon as dirty as conventional fuels.
1. What kind of energy does Kennedy use to heat his home(s)?
2. What kind of energy does Kennedy use to fuel his vehicle(s)? and airplane?
3. What are conventional fuels?

Great post as usual bud. I particularly liked this part:
Being a liberal is the easiest thing politically a person can become since there is no expectation, there is no explanation and there are no results. All you have to do is attack the things that make America work and vilify, vilify, vilify. If you can do that you will have the entire establishment eating out of your hand. The only thing they are really any good at is tearing down anybody or anything that goes against their world view.......
Just too good! The sad thing about zerocare is that we may never be able to totally get rid of it unless we get a Republican senate later this year that will have the guts to defund it.I don't see any other way unless they will challenge how it became law to begin with and I have no hope for that either.
It's like Larry Kudlow on WABC am 770 out of NYC said yesterday 'obamcare costs more and offers less.' Add in millions of others losing the good polices they had and it's an absolute disaster.
But that works well for the regime. They sign up as many victims as they can to medicaid and offer huge govt. assistance for may of the rest getting very close to the single payer dream that they wanted all along.
Meanwhile Cloward Piven rears its ugly head in the background.

It is time to confront them with the results of their fantasies. Time to call them magical thinkers. Time to tell them they are living in a dreamland, Oz.
Point to Detroit, Baltimore, St Louis, etc and ask how well Democrat policies have worked, and why would we want the entire country start to look like Detroit.
Fewer jobs, fewer well-paying jobs, more crime, more desperate people, more government dependency,...

As you imply, bray, this is as much a
spiritual battle as a political one.
The struggle people mostly observe daily is the one on the human level. That makes it easy to root for one side or the other based on emotional arguments, especially when one's Earthly needs, wants, and lusts become involved which they always do. But when you get down to the core of our political problems, it revolves around common, crucial moral components.
If you stop and think about it, Liberals almost always are lined up against the moral law, handily laid out for us in the Ten Commandments ...
1. ...You shall have no other gods before Me.
2. You shall not... (make for yourself other gods) ... (nor) bow down to them nor serve them.
3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain...
4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy...
5. Honor your father and your mother...
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery.
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness...
10. You shall not covet... anything that is your neighbor's.
It seems obvious the Liberal, humanistic political platform advocates violating ALL these moral laws, and stand in opposition to them. Simply observe their political platforms and actions.
On the other hand, Conservatives (being sinners in a fallen world, like everyone else) also violate these Laws on a personal level. But they don't habitually advocate doing so in political platform or as a legally "approved" action. Instead, their moral and political tendency is to confirm them, albeit imperfectly.
At it's heart, this battle is a spiritual one.

Watch Laura Ingram on Fox News, she rocked it against Georgie Will and Juan on immigration. She spoke more truth than has been told in years. Amazing debate and she really ticked Georgie off when he was called an elitist.

One explanation for the withdrawal of immigration reform was that 'Obama doesnt enforce the laws anyway,' why enact them?.
Good catch Fish. That is Boehner's explanation to a two day volley of machine gun fire from Rush on his show.(with info he got from us?) Seems Boehner had a change of heart about his immigration reform legislation that is all ready to go in several forms.Coincidentally, right after Rush lit a huge bonfire under his ass!
It went something like this.
Limbaugh conjectured that Boehner was trying for a smaller victory later this year than was possible. Rush's theory was that Boehner would go ahead and sign on to a mediocre immigration bill (that would immediately be EO'ed to death by the regime)that would piss us off and effect the elections.
In the end Boehner still expected a small victory for our side even though we were severely pissed off that he did immigration legislation knowing few on our side wanted it.
Seems Rush spoiled J/Boehner's scheme by exposing his plans. Anyway right after Rush's explanation which he did on two successive days Boehner suddenly had a change of heart stating that; "you just cant trust zero even if legislation was passed."What a revelation!
Also coincidentally was the factoid that at least a few House members or future House members were alerted to the potential that no matter what legislation they passed on immigration,no matter how weak, the regime would undoubtedly EO it to death until they got amnesty. Which no on our side will vote for unless they are totally suicidal.
Possibly one more reason Boehner decided not to do any immigration reform before the elections. He's not suicidal either! Trouble is you can't count on him to keep his word. Everything changes with the wind with these RINO/GOPers.

The GOPelite party is aiding and abetting and enabling that transformation.
They don’t even try to show themselves as an opposition party. Instead, they are the compromise party — compromising for most of whatever the Dems want.

Georgie’s plea for more workers to replace the baby boomers for the “welfare state” was pure nonsense. When you have 25% unemployment, why do you need more people and what jobs are you replacing?
She nailed Marxist Juan with the emotional plea about Grandmothers being deported. Just leveled him, “Just do legislation by emotion.” Brilliant!

Will’s 3 items for why we need illegals legalized was the weakest argument I have ever heard. They didn’t even make much sense, if national integrity is to be maintained.
As Ingraham responded, ‘why do we even need borders then?’
Ironically, Wallace called Will a staunch conservative.

One recent article has a list of potential Republicans who might be interested. That list shows 32 names. My assessment after looking at that list is that probably 28 couldnt get 100 Electoral Votes if they did make it to the general election. There just isnt a lot of there there. The GOP just doesnt have many pizzazz names. It has more zonks than zingers. I think you can cross off the fat basturd from NJ and hopefully jeb. I'd still like a governor myself.
