I just watched President Obama's taped interview with Bob Costas on NBC. He looked stoned.
I'm not the only one who has that impression after seeing his droopy eyelids, bloodshot eyes and droopy mouth. Twitter lit up with comments about Obama's stoned appearance.
If there is a “Smidgen” of suspicion that the USA’s Commander in Chief is under the influence of Illegal Drugs, then a full Medical Investigation is in order ASAP, PERIOD!
Someone said he had “cotton mouth” which apparently is a side affect from drugs.
I just don’t know one way or the other and will leave it to those who can tell the difference between drug use and being sleep deprived.
I doubt any would demand this.....they don’t stop him from doing anything else he wants to do so this isn’t any big deal to those who could stop him either. Unfortunately the guy will serve out his term as I see it....it’s all “talk no action” otherwise.
In 2008 I volunteered to provide two cartons a week for little barry bastard boy ... and he stopped smokin’ ... in public.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
If I'm reading this correctly, Joe Biden can get the Congress to form a body of, say, NYT and WaPo editors, ABC-NBC-CBS-CNN-MSNBC journalists, and college deans - a totally unelected body of people - to legally declare the president incapable of discharging his duties, and then he can take over as president?

Is there any truth to the rumor that Obama is going to establish a Pot White House in Denver so that he can legally get stoned every day until his second term runs out?
I’m sure he simply appeared that way, Kristinn, and the real reason he looked so “stoned” and in need of sleep was because he works so tirelessly, day and night, to make our country a better place to live. If you don’t believe me, just ask any liberal in his flock of sheep.
