Not a surprise. His photos over the last few years have shown him going down hill way fast

That’s how powerful heroin is. Money, fame, an Oscar and 2 young children didn’t/couldn’t stop him from being a junkie.

I somehow think the character he played in Boogie Nights did not require any acting on his part-—at all.

As a matter of personal ritual, I watch Scent of a Woman every Thanksgiving. He was perfect as the smug George Willis, Jr.

Don’t tell me: Speedballs/cocaine or Oxycodone or all of those. Yes how many examples do we need, 200 examples, 2 million examples of people dying from that sh*t? But let’s just keep taking that junk it won’t happen to me. OOPS! Seriously, how does that kind of mentality work? Heath Ledger dead from oxycodone abuse but let me keep taking it because no no that won’t happen to me.

Different Hoffman, the camera man in boogie nights.
He made this weird movie about sniffing model airplane fuel.
To: John W
That sucks. He was a very good actor. Able to underplay a role and in doing so make it better. Sad. RIP
