The good I see from this:
This guy is in the same boat as a man who has a one night stand with a woman and irresponsibly gets her pregnant. Maybe she even falsely claims to be on birth control. Duck and cover. Regard your body fluids as sacred, not to be shared without a committment.
Yikes. No sympathy for the bozo. That's what he gets for trucking with the dykes.
No I’m speaking of having hired a lawyer and spending considerable money for false representation........in other words he was a lying POS!!!!
First kill all the lawyers!!! Quote from “The Tempest”
That's one of the aspects of the whole situation which I find discriminatory and unfair.
If a woman gets pregnant, she has the choice of (A) having an abortion, (B) placing the child up for adoption, and having no further obligations toward the child, (C) keeping the child and making the father pay support. And the father has NO legal leverage to influence her choices.
Meanwhile, if she chooses to keep the child, the man's options are (A) paying child support, or (B) going to jail.
Another silver lining ...many men WILL be thinking twice before providing the goods and thus many lesbo-wanna-be mothers will have a darn tough time finding sperm to form their little diabolical family units. Might get tough out there to be a gay parent before it’s all over.
So just keep on punishing men, ladies, by all means.
He now needs to sue for custody.
You can’t get a Visa if you owe more than 5k in child support. :-/
I can see that those turkey baster conceptions may cause a few expensive complications.
Obviously one would need to catch up his support before sailing!!!
Better question, would he try and escape?
I am sorry, I have had one of those myself
Yeah. But she should get a free breakfast out of the deal. And total distribution rights on the video.
I know a guy who experienced that. The rub was that the Social Services people were actually aware of the situation before the ‘father’ was and they still fought to require him to pay.
It’s a bitter pill to swallow!!!Spent countless nights visualizing his demise!!!
Gen. Jack D. Ripper concurs.
“The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers”. - (Act IV, Scene II). It was said by a bad guy who wanted chaos so that his evil boss could become king. Fact is, lawyers have a great deal of power and of course power corrupts. But without a regulated bar (insert drunken bar jokes here) non qualified and unregulated people would assume the roles of lawyers and have no one to check their behavior. The adversary system is terrible but like the jury system, balance of powers, and democracy, it’s better than all the alternatives.
“Henry Bowmans” would be more accurate...
and that’s probably a more effective model of what needs to start happening.
