The knockout victim lies on the ground during a brutal assault in Virginia.
A Charlottesville, Virginia couple were assaulted on Friday night by three young black men at an upscale mall. But don’t expect the Obama DOJ to look into this. After all, the victim was white.
C-Ville reported:
A couple’s late night stroll on the Christmas-lit Downtown Mall turned to terror in the early morning hours of Friday, December 20, when they were brutally assaulted by three men in what appears to have been a random act of violence.
Even though one of the victims, Jeanne Doucette, managed to take photos that appear to show the assailants as they kicked and pummeled her boyfriend Marc Adams to unconsciousness, Charlottesville Police still do not have any suspects. Doucette says there were other witnesses to the crime, which allegedly occurred just outside the Wells Fargo building at around 1am as she and Adams walked from Miller’s to Rapture, and she is baffled as to why the police haven’t shared her images more widely with people who could have seen the suspects earlier in the evening.
“I cannot understand why they didn’t let people know what happened,” said Doucette, who still bore injuries from the assault when she met for an interview a week later. “Those pictures might have prompted some tips.”
The images she captured are blurry but nonetheless appear to corroborate her account of the night’s events, including the brutality of the beating, during which she says the assailants joked and laughed, even stopping to hug in the midst of the onslaught.
Doucette said the assault occurred after she and Adams, both 39, had met for a drink at Miller’s after Adams finished his shift as chef for a downtown food cart. They headed east up the Mall toward Rapture to end their night with music, when Adams tripped and fell in front of Derriere de Soie lingerie store, a block from Miller’s. As he was getting up, a man approached quickly, said something that Doucette couldn’t make out, and kicked Adams while he was on the ground, before being joined by his friends who beat Adams severely, breaking his ankle, cracking ribs and knocking out one of his teeth.
The grainy photos that Doucette took with her phone (posted below story) show the faces and clothing worn by the three alleged assailants, all black males.
The use of the magic word “upscale” for protection is over.

couple working for the local Baltimore newspaper were assualted just blocks from the paper’s HQ. Took the paper 3 weeks to get around to reporting it, and that was only in an editorial.

What are they going to instigate - that it was reported in the news at all and that the cell phone photo was posted? This open season on Whites is going to continue as long as Obama is in office and for a long time further as a product of the diseased divide and conquer multiculturalism of the Left.

Guess being an eye witness plus having others also see the same thing doesn't stand up so the authorities cannot be certain as to who did the deed.
Of course this was definitely NOT a hate crime since the “beaters” were black and the “beaten” was white.
When will America wake up to the fact there IS a un-civil war going on by blacks. The whites just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Bull Crap!
My point was, the term "upscale" was invented so that whites who did not move to the intermountain West, a gated community, or Northern New England could tell where it was not "the wrong place" to be.
Since the Short Hills carjack murder, and now this, "upscale" will no longer serve that function.
My guess is that you will see further population movement and that "upscale" white areas in proximity to large numbers of blacks will shrink.
But something else could happen.

The fact is that in the ghettoes anything not nailed down will be stolen (the residents are more wary), so these war parties have to follow the prey/loot. If the Short Hills Mall was 100 miles away from Newark, they would still find a way to get there (stolen car, mass transit, mom’s car - as was the case in Short Hills). Like migrating geese following food, our permanent unassimilated criminal class goes “where the money is”.
“They didn’t want to rob us. They wanted to beat us. It was like it was enjoyable to them to beat us,” she said. “There was camaraderie to it.”
Get this woman saying this on a YouTube clip, pointing out where it happened, and within a short time the place will be a desert and she will have provided a valuable public service by warning whites of the genocidal rage instilled in young blacks by their “leaders”, Dem politicians, and our media.
On Christmas Eve one channel was running a “Roots” marathon; combined with movies like “12 Years a Slave” and such, this situation will only get worse. Military planners always held that a certain ratio was needed for a beseiging force to overwhelm a defensive position; at this point a 5:1 ratio should be the MINIMUM for entering any public area.
I live 100 miles away from the closest Newark, and, so far, that has not been my experience.
They are dedicated to keeping it under the radar. I forgot about those.

Then you are not the nearest target of opportunity; I should have clarified that as a condition. When your settlement is the closest to them, you’ll be meeting them.
Because people would be arming themselves because the police aren’t protecting us. That’s the real danger to the government.

Holder openly stated in Senate Judiciary Hearings in 2009 that White Americans are NOT protected by federal hate crime laws against racially motivated violent crime because they are not a Holder approved “protected group”. Predictably his incredible testimony was ignored by The Corrupt Liberal Media and cowardly Republican Congressmen.
I have more contempt for the cowardly Congressmen, even those who speak out against Obama on other issues, than I do for the Corrupt Liberal Media.
This is not just an academic issue as this news story and hundreds and hundreds of similar crimes with thousands of white American victims show. It is probably the biggest American scandal of the 21st century.
