I was in the car business for 20 years and this is no surprise to me. If this is already posted, sorry this is my first attempt.

Many are discovering what they voted for and they will not like it.
They bought int to the ‘You can keep your plan...” lies and will be exceedingly resentful and outright angry at what Obama has done to them and their lives and families.......................

Among the hardest hit is Campbell, a salesman with a wife and three young children, all of whom are active in athletics. The premium payments currently deducted weekly from his paycheck will increase $77, to a total of $221 per week. Thats a huge part of the budget, he said. We feel betrayed, lied to, and we're pissed off.Hmmm... I wonder who Mr. Campbell voted for. It is a new year I will be magnanimous and not devolve in a schadenfreudeic rant...

I feel for those whose eyes weren’t clinched shut during the last 3 elections. But for those who blindly followed Obama, like the guy who said “We were lied to. We were betrayed.” That statement tells me he believed the democrats. So, boo-bammy-hoo.
I also wonder why the business owner decided so late to tell them. He knew this was coming for a long time.
And this is just one small business. Millions more are about to drop the hammer. And many will go out of business. 2014 is not going to be a good year.

“Trade-offs”
LOL. Gotta love that NBC spin for Obama. If by “trade off,” they mean “rip off” or “getting screwed” or “paying more and getting less,” then I guess they’re right.

The article doesn’t comment on the tax implications of the $2,400 annual stipend. If it is treated as income, these employees will find their health care costs even higher.

The biggest winner is Brandon Chisholm, a detailer with two daughters, who will get health insurance for the first time, and will have to pay virtually nothing for it because he qualifies for a big government subsidy. That means he can bank the $200 a month the company is giving workers to replace the health insurance it previously provided. Asked if he was excited at the prospect of getting nearly free coverage on top of the cash stipend, he replied, Oh yeah! Anything that can help me and my family out, thats what Im going to do.
His first question will be, "What's a deductible?"

The 41 employees of Extreme Dodge in Jackson, Mich., are very familiar with trade-ins, but this year theyre learning about trade-offs as they come face to face with the new realities of health care. A few workers say theyre getting a great deal, but most have a severe case of sticker shock. On average, about 21 out of 41 people voted for Obama.
If tObama voters are getting a bad deal, let 'em suffer.
They asked for it.
I have empathy for the others.

Brandon may want to bank that money to help cover the deductible and copays for which he just signed up...
Hopefully he and his family are healthy and don’t require medical services.

The income tax was a way for the Democrats to steal a piece of the working mans WAGES. Obamacare is a way for the Democrats to steal a piece of the working mans/woman’s BENEFITS. They need that money to buy votes.

It will be interesting to see the effect of Obamacare on those whose incomes are based on commissions.
In a bad year, they get subsidies for their insurance, but when they work really hard and earn large commissions, their subsidies disappear and their insurance premiums skyrocket.
This is certainly a way of discouraging hard work by commission employees. We'll see how it works out.

NBC waited until AFTER the 2012 election to do this report, even though Obama signed Obamacare in March 2010.
