After Phil Robertson, the patriarch of "Duck Dynasty," made controversial remarks about homosexuality that were published in GQ magazine, former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin spoke out in his defense.
However, when asked by Fox News host Greta Van Susteren if Robertson's remarks were offensive and whether or not she had any objection as to how he worded his comments, Palin said she didn't know what Robertson had actually said, Politico reports.
I havent read the article. I dont know exactly how he said it, Palin explained on Fox Newss On the Record With Greta Van Susteren" on Monday.
On December 18, shortly after the "Duck Dynasty" controversy began, Palin took to Facebook where she wrote, "Free speech is an endangered species. Those 'intolerants' hatin and taking on the Duck Dynasty patriarch for voicing his personal opinion are taking on all of us."

Yahoo bloviating again. I read it, I agree with it, I like it, I love Sarah Palin and I hate Yahoo.
Merry Christmas!!
“Free speech is an endangered species. Those ‘intolerants’ hatin and
taking on the Duck Dynasty patriarch for voicing his personal opinion
are taking on all of us.”
************
I don’t think you have to read anything to voice the above opinion...
It’s not what Phil said but the tenet of “free speech”.
Apparently there's nothing more important for Yahoo!'s news team to report on.

What the Duck?
Wulllll
THAT'S RIGHT!!!
Ted Baxter definitely didn’t read it. He kept saying PR was “judging” gays after he specifically said it’s not his place to judge, it’s the Allmighty’s.
ALSO:
By that line of reasoning, any liberal who criticizes opponents of obamacare cannot do so until he or she has read the entire law.
So what? Is this supposed to be awful?
Palin haters are really petty.
Good thing Yahoo reported if Obama read Obamacare.
The left is getting desperate because the Phil Robertson GQ interview that spurred the complaint from GLAAD that A&E stupidly responded to by ‘suspending’ Robertson from a TV reality show that he heads as family patriarch is getting massive negative feedback. Millions of Americans who are fed up with tiny minorities such as homos controlling what other people can say about their perversion. Sarah Palin has long been a target for the hateful left and her support of Phil Robertson is just salt in the wound for them. Frankly, their desperation is enjoyable to watch. It’s about time decency won a round with the totalitarian perverts.
Mike writes fiction
I love that the enemies of all goodness hate SP.
Heh heh heh, they picked a fight with a redneck audience this time. Rednecks will usually tell you what they believe, no BS and no punch pulling. They’re not sophisticated enough for those citified customs.
Yee haw and a Hallelujah!
At least Sarah did not get the news in the newpaper.. that is how Obama gets his daily briefings
These are people still firmly convinced Palin made the “I can see Russia from my house” comment when it was a line in a “Saturday Night Live” sketch. Complete tools, in other words.
I didn’t see any interview. I went to the GQ site and read a rambling essay by a ya-ya girl who cursed a lot. And one could read her, “Oh, so superior” attitude to boot. But I didn’t see any “interview”.
In other news.... ObamaCare defender Nancy Piglosi admits to not having read the bill that she and the rest of the Democrats forced on all Americans.
Beat me to it.
Several sources have reported this, not just Yahoo and Politico.
I love your reasoning! So glad to have such sharp minds on Freerepublic!
